Corta pero muy buena

Es tranquilo , abajo hay un restaurante que ofrece desayunos y cenas muy muy bueno , lo recomendamos

No hay recepción , ni nadie por si tienes un problema pero lo especifican todo los pasos a seguir muy bien

Equipment is new, rooms are big, nice location.

Nice Location. Not far to get ourist attractions. The kitchen is very big and we enjoy the time cooking ourselves. We firstly failed to enter the hotel due to the problem of the system, but the staff quickly help to solve problems.

The floor isn't very clean I saw some dust on the ground. If guests decide to stay here, highly recommend to prepare enough amenity with you. They don't provide toiletries, garbage bags, laundry detergent.... They provide half roll of toilet paper which is not enough for three of us staying two days.

Frábær veitingastaður í sama húsi, borðuðum kvöldmat þar. Vorum ekki í morgunmat. Mjög góð staðsetning ! Mjög ánægjuleg upplifun í alla staði :)

Prima accommodatie met erg goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding

Prima accommodatie op loopafstand van bijvoorbeeld de foodhall en rivier. Nette kamers met prima bedden en douche. Parkeren bij de acco zelf en goede wifi. Erg goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Ontbijt haal je makkelijk bij de bakkerij ernaast of de supermarkt ertegenover (nb: 1 ochtend gekozen voor een ontbijt bij Lilly&Julia’s maar dat was geen aanrader, weinig keus).

Modern and well equipped accomodation

The apartment was clean and modern. The equipments provided are of very high quality. The location is convenient. The grocery store, petrol pump etc are nearby.

Maybe an additional pan/pot for cooking should be provided.

Disappointing

Large and nicely decorated. Beds are comfy and kitchen well equipped. Parking is easy enough and a nice bakery just next door.

No working WiFi which is so important nowadays. Issue with code for front door entrance and heating can't be adjusted for some rooms so made it quite hot. Also smell of sewer.

Super nice room, great value

The facilities exceeded our expectations - super clean and luxe-feeling for the price. Loved the bathroom; nice lighting; good storage, including mini fridge. Convenient code-based room access. Things were nice and quiet and we had a pretty view. In-room nespresso machine with 4 free cups of coffee. Convenient location on main road in Selfoss; there's a discount grocery as well as lots of food places nearby.

Wifi wasn't working; but I didn't try to contact staff because it was late at night and not a big deal. Would have been nice to have a separate heater in the bathroom.

It is nice location.

I was here for two nights. And I come here to chill and work on computer. I realise very quickly that TV is not working and WiFi was not working either. Both things was really important for me and I was calling if someone can fix it. Unfortunately no one did anything.

Room was spacious.

My stay was spoiled from the begging by the staff, I got a problem to get in and I was treated quite unprofessionally and unpleasantly. If I would treated any client of mine like that I've would be sacked.

Can't say what the staff were like as we didn't see anyone. Rooms ok, but a bit dull as were the main corridors. Good location though, could walk into the main town within a couple of minutes.

Adequate facilities. But felt the lighting could be improved.

The apartment was comfortable and conveniently located for our one-night stay. The 24h customer service provided by phone was friendly, professional and helpful.

We weren't sent all the information we needed for check-in in our initial confirmation email. However, a phone call to their friendly, efficient and professional 24h customer service line sorted it out on arrival.
