Mejorar atención personal noche.

Esl hotel es muy bonito y bien ubicado.

El señor que recibe huéspedes en la noche no es atento. Recibe como de mala gana. Además me dio una habitación, yo ya preparándome para dormir y me dice que esa no era que me tocaba pasarme a otra y ya con la maleta desempacada.

Good hotel for a short stay. Watch out for the church bells

It was a good stay. The hotel is located right in the main park of Giron, which is nice to have everything accessible. Nice colonial style and OK for a night or a couple of nights.

Since the hotel is right at the main park, the problem was that the bells of the church started before 5 am and went for almost 45 minutes. So the location turned out to be not a plus, but on the contrary

We had a great stay at this lovely colonial hotel.

Great hotel in a colonial building in the historic area of Giron. Very good value for the money. I would recommend rooms toward the back of the hotel, the rooms toward the front can be a little bit noise with the ceramic tile floors and stucco walls.

Hot water and air conditioning were not very reliable. The hot water is not a big deal because the weather is pretty hot in Giron and a cold shower feels good. However, it would be nice to have reliable A/C, especially since they charge more for the rooms with it.

Location is great, and the hotel itself is very nice inside.

No hot water in the shower and no a/c, only a fan. Free breakfast was simple eggs and a coffee. For the price we paid, we expected more.
