Wir waren von dem Hotel sehr positiv überrascht und begeistert.

Das Früstück ist wunderbar. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr dabei sehr aufmerksam. Es wird immer sofort diskret aufgeräumt. Sa Angebot wir laufend aufgefüllt, so das bis zum Schluss alles zur Verfügung steht. Die Auswahl ist gut und ausreichend. Auch der Zimmerservice ist aufmerksam, diskret und gründlich. Das ganze Hotel, die Mitarbeiter und das Ambiente haben uns sehr positiv überrascht. Auch die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Stadtzentrum ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein bisschen mit Problemen sind die Parkplätze.Hier haben es die Mitarbeiter aber auch engagiert gelöst.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Leipzig.

Die Zimmer haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie sind schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es war auch immer sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Top Leistung, gute Lage

+ Check-In vor Ort und am Automaten möglich + Getränke- und Snackautomat mit Kartenzahlung + nach Verlust der Zimmerkarte auch nachts kostenlos neue Karte am Automaten nachzuziehen

-Zimmer im EG zur belebten Umgebung, man bekam aber wenig mit

Ruhig und zentral mit top Preis Leistung

Markt in 15 Minuten fußläufig. Da in zweiter Reihe gelegen, ruhige zentrale Lage. Das Frühstück haben wir nachgebucht. Hier war für alle was dabei und Preis Leistung passte überdurchschnittlich. Die Zimmer waren sehr groß. Teppichboden, aber sauber und Fenster ließen sich zu Lüften öffnen.

10 von 10 Personen waren sehr zufrieden. Wir würden wieder buchen.

Very satisfied with the room and the services

The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and in case it did not need cleaning on a certain day, there was the option to not have it cleaned in favor of the environment. The location was great, far enough from the noise of the city, and close enough to the city center to not need to use public transportation. There was a fridge on our floor to store any items that needed cooling. The items could be labeled by date and room number. There was also a microwave. The theme of the hotel, books, was well-displayed. There were books on every floor and probably in every room. The flying book pages printed above the bed on the wall were very artistic. There was a cooling device in our room that worked well. There was a wending machine and coffee machine on the first floor that people could use, even if they had not booked the breakfast.

The shutters did not make the room pitch black. The mattress was a bit soft. The wending machine was malfunctioning a little. It almost opened the bottle of Coke Zero I had bought while delivering it.

Wochenende in Leipzig jederzeit wieder im BOOK Hotel

Die Gestaltung des Hotels mit vielen Büchern in jeder Ecke, der Name ist Programm. Die Ausstattung und Geräumigkeit der Zimmer war sehr gut. Das Frühstück war TOP!!!!!

Die Automaten, die Produkte waren zum Teil bereits abgelaufen und verschimmelt (z. Bsp. Halorenkugeln :-()

Alles in Ordnung

Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Die Lage ist perfgekt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, auch bei der Reklamation meines Zimmers (war bei Ankunft nicht gereinigt). Ich habe umgehend ein neues Zimmer bekommen.

Beim Frühstücksbuffett war die Auswahl in Ordnung, aber da gibt es sicher noch Luft nach oben. Etwas mehr frische Sachen wären nicht schlecht.

Rundum zufrieden!

- Das Personal war wirklich ungemein freundlich, egal wen man angetroffen hat! - Auch, wenn der Safe vorerst nicht reparabel war, so wurde es durch die Mühen und Entschädigungen vergessen gemacht. - Die Lage ist wirklich sehr zentral und doch recht ruhig! Bis auf ein paar 'Nachbarn' hört man nichts vom Straßenverkehr.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter*innen, schönes Zimmer und sehr guter Schlafkomfort. Das Hotel bietet ein schönes Ambiente in ruhiger Lage.

Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, es gibt keine Kritik :-)

Clean, comfortable modern hotel.

Clean, comfortable, modern, central, decent breakfast. No dining room but it is near a very nice, reasonable restaurant around the corner on Sternwartenstrasse.

Apparently an extra city tax had been levied since my booking, so I had to pay more than I was told by booking.com. I do not like this kind of surprise.

The hotel is in a quiet area, close to tram stops and easy work to the city centre. Rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fine and was as expected. The staff are helpful and friendly. Everything there is morden

Superb

The young man at check in was great, spoke very good English which helped me as a very poor German speaker. Room was good, beds were very comfortable and location was fine, a short walk into the City centre.

Attention. No 24h reception! Angry host waiting for you at night

Nice, very nice rooms. Clean, spatious. The hotel is close to tram and city centre. Really good hotel. Staff was nice, except for the bad experience on arrival. If the price is good, you should try.

On arrival, reception was terrible. Instead of a welcome salut, the person in charge was angry, unpolite. It was the worst experience I had arriving in a hotel. The lady wanted us to have read the recent messages they had sent on booking, but I was driving! Well, they close reception at 8pm. I had not noticed. We arrived, by coincidence, at 8 o'clock sharp. So, shouldn't be a big issue. She was frustrated and put all her misery over us. Of course, if happened to be closed, I would turn to my emails and messages, and would find instructions for self check-in. It was useless to argue with us and start a fight! She had tried to call, but my Brazilian number was down, just WhatsApp and Telegram available. I'm sorry for not paying attention. But, when you are in the business of tourism, hotel and hosting, you should know that people are moving around, and communication can fail.

Very good hotel with nice staff. We appreciated the nice details, like the free small bottles of Prosecco waiting for us in the room. Very good breakfast as well.
