Very nice hotel staff, they are very helpful 💙
We got the room on the ground floor, there was a bit lack of the air feeling but it didn’t affect our stay.

Good location and parking. The staff was very kind and tried to help when we had AC issues.
They shouldn’t list wifi as an amenity because it’s so insanely slow. The room constantly smelled musty and humid. The AC was only ok if you already pre-cooled down the room by opening the windows for an hour. I lost to nights of sleep. We were shown how to use AC and thought the issue was fixed but the air was still so stale and hot at night. I can’t tell if it was just our room having issues but it was just so miserable at night.

Very friendly and helpful personnel. Excellent breakfast buffet with lots of choice (yoghurt, bacon&eggs, cookies and cakes, ...). Big and clean room (but small bathroom). Excellent location (10 mins walk from old town and from stairs that lead to the Palamidi Fortress. Parking in street.
We booked a room without balcony. Then you get a room under street level and with the big windows on street/pavement level which made us feel uncomfortable to leave the windows open during the day. The air felt unfresh when we came in the room in the evening. Our own mistake, we should have booked the room with a balcony. :0)

Very friendly staff, nice rooms.
Otherwise very nice breakfast, but coffee could be better.

Clean.
A bit noisy in the morning due to a loud family nextdoor.

The room was very spacious with the kitchen and nice bathroom. Nafplio was very attractive, especially the open market place.
WI-FI was practically useless, there was a smell of humidity inside the apartment. Even it is indicated that we have to check out at 12 AM, we were obliged to leave at 11 AM. The space for the breakfast is very small, you feel like in the beautiful public bus. We were asked when we shall arrive in the hotel and it was difficult to say in advance. We felt a sense of pressure.

Zoé was incredibly kind, always smiling. She gave us great restaurant recommendations and even offered to do our laundry.
The hotel was impeccably clean, the bed was super comfortable. It was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.
Everything was perfect

The family room that we stayed had two separate rooms which is always good to separate the parents from the children, especially when they are a little older. It was also very clean.
The breakfast was not very good. Limited variety and the quality was mediocre.

When we arrived, we saw our flag on the top of the entrance door and it ade us happy. The receptionnists spoke perfect English, were vey kind and gave information on restaurants and places to visit. The room was very spacious with a corner for coffee and tea. Breakfast was excellent

Oh what a memorable vacation we had! Stay at this venue if you want to be treated like royalty! Maria offered a heartwarming greeting and offered guidance about the city’s best spots.
We had an impeccably clean modern room (203) with an ultra spacious marble bathroom and a balcony. The bed was very comfortable; there were extra pillows, slippers, kettle with coffee, tea and candies… Even homemade sweets with dark chocolate and almonds.
Now … about breakfast: They. Have. Their. Own. Farm! Need I say more! Everything is homemade from their farm! Fresh orange juice! The best orange marmalade ever! Greek yogurt (half cow and sheep’s milk)! Traditional Greek pastries sweet and savory! And more!
Fast internet. Clientele we saw was mostly greek (which means this must be a great vacation place for repeat customers). They know what’s good :)
There are so many great places to visit in Nafplio. We only stayed one night and wished we could have stayed at least two.
A note that the location is about a 15-min walk from town. If needed taxis ara available for €5

Anemos was great. The room was big enough for a large desk and a reading nook. The bathroom was small but very functional. It was located within a five minute easy walk to the port and old town. Parking on the street outside was easy. The staff were very helpful, even drying our washing for us.

The lady at reception was very polite and very nice, explaining in detail the use of the heating and door locks. The rooms are very large and the balcony is wide enough to accommodate many people and very comfortable. The room has many amenities. The location is closer to the castle and further from the sea, but for driving it is no problem at all, parking is available everywhere.
I have no complaints at all
