It’s a nice room , but needs better management

It’s clean and modern.

I didn’t get given a code for the doors , nor a room number - had to chase the number to give them a call to ask about the code and then again to be given my room number. Very unpleasant the lack of communication. When I tried to message through booking no one replied. This really made me not want to book here again. Would rather pay a bit more and actually have a person helping me out rather than being alone in the property fighting to get the bare minimum information. I really appreciate friendliness and helpful in hospitality - this experience was the opposite. They also tell you to pay the city tax through a website, otherwise they don’t give you information about your room. The city tax is 2€ per person/ per night. We were two people so it should be 4€ but when using that website I had to pay over 5€ even though the website didn’t specify what else we were paying more - I find this ridiculous. The lack of transparency and the non-user friendly approach. The studio overall was ok and pleasant to stay, however I don’t like the lack of communication. Bear in mind I had to call 2 times just to be told my room number… a tired guest shouldn’t be dealing with this.

Sehr zufrieden

Top Lage im Zentrum, schöne Einrichtung, sehr sauber und freundliches Personal.

Das Check-in musste man selbständig durchführen. Das ist kein Problem, jedoch, dass wir dies zu kurz vor der Ankunft erhielten. Durch die zentrale Lage hörte man leicht den Strassenlärm.

Would definitely go back and stay at your lovely place.

The size of the room and the shower were excellent. I really loved the comfortable bed and the basin corner was really pretty with the vase of flowers and some toiletries.

Nothing. It was absolutely perfect for the short stay in Lisbon.

We would stay again but only at a room with mini bar or small fridge

The place was nicely furnished & at a great location !

There was no fridge or mini bar which was very inconvenient because you couldn’t have iced water or keeping medication if needed. Additionally, although we had a superior suit, there was only half toilet paper in the room with no contingency, there were no bath robes and there were only 2 towels. Not even for face or hands. Although we asked for more the next day we only got a small face towel. On the other hand it was very clean in total!

Пройти квест, который стоит того?!

Номер чистый, большой, просторный. Оборудованная кухня, напитки и снеки в наличии. Расположен близко ко всем достопримечательностям. В самом центре Лиссабона

Во первых, регистрироваться надо в другом месте, ладно если бы это было 200-300 метров. Но место регистрации находиться почти в 2 км от отеля!!! Это очень не удобно, особенно если у вас багаж! Так что будьте готовы заплатить за такси, чтобы добраться до места проживания. Во вторых, электронный ключь который нам дали, не работал, мы очень устали и не могли попасть в номер! Нам повезло, что соседи открыли дверь. Иначе нам пришлось ждать администратора, который ещё не известно, через сколько времени пришёл. В третьих, администратор сказал нам какой этаж и наш номер комнаты. Но! На указанном этаже не было номеров!!! Вообще какие то подсобные помещения. Мы еле еле нашли свой номер, на котором к стати не было ничего написано, ни какой таблички с номером комнаты! Догадались только по ключам, ключь подошёл к одной из дверей... Вообщем, если вы полны энергии и сил проходить этот квест, то вам сюда! Если вы устали, имеете багаж, то вам прийдется приложить немало усилий что бы отдохнуть...

We loved unit and location.

The position within walking distance to the Metro and only a 17 euros Bolt cab ride to airport. The apartment was cosy, clean and had little creature goods such as orange juice and liquid shampoo etc.

The noise from being above outside restaurants and bars was excessive late at night. The main door to complex was off a dimly lit street that felt unsafe, but was ok in the end.

Great location (walking distance to pretty much everything), clean studio and very nice staff at the hotel

Bathroom had very little to no ventilation system, and the apples were a nice touch but they were completely off

My room has been upgraded to an unbelievably beautiful premises . I experienced truly Noble lifestyle. The staff was Super attentive , kind , helpful and showed a massive love , and care to me . I had an opportunity to taste Portuguese food , deserts , drinks …ohh and the dinner with Fado songs , I will treasure forever ! The staff works well as a team .. I am so grateful to all staff , in particular Carlos Santos, Andressa Lima, Carla Pires , Alexandr . I had a Royal style Breakfast with a live music, Exclusive dinner with live Fado songs and the music .. Carlos was looking after me , to make sure my glass of champagne was topped up .. I experienced , SPA facilities … I left the Palacio Das Especiarias , Chado , Lisbon , feeling loved , rested , smiling . Sincerely I am grateful to Carlos , Lima, Carla. 💖😇😇🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

The style of the property was Royal. Excellent location , walking distance to the sea promenade, where you could get access to the transport ,to get other historical places in Lisbon . Lots of restaurants around . Totally safe . The taxi can be easily arranged if you want to spoil yourself and be driven to the places of interest or need .

Good apartments in great location

I have stayed in these apartments before and it was always great, but this was my worst experience. This specific apartment was lacking some basic things: there was no cookware, no forks and knives, no corkscreew, there was an espresso macchine but no espresso cups.

A nice central location but got woken up at night by what sounded like construction on the building

A nice place in a very nice location.

Quite a bit of noise during the night. It seems that something screechy is sounding through the metal pipes of the building when workers are at work at night (could be garbadge collection or something similar). It went on for quite a bit. I would say about a hour or so.

Great location and apartment but very noisy

Great location, right into town and close to places. Room was nice, clean and tidy.

Room was extremely noisy throughout stay. could hear noise outside and inside the building constantly all hours. made sleeping difficult.
