Come and enjoy all that is offered in our spacious 6th floor condo located right on the beach! Lots of updates! Everything you need to feel right at home while on vacation! If you have never experienced Navarre Beach now is your chance. We have enhanced our cleaning procedures and have contactless check in and check out procedures in place. We care about your health and safety and just want you to sit back and enjoy your beach time!
Just a few notes: Our weeks normally run Sat. to Sat. but if that doesn't fit your vacation dates let us know. If we allow a rental for less than a week, either check in or check out date must be on Sat. Minimum rental age is 25 years. It is a No Smoking, No Pet unit. Holidays and School Break rates will be higher than those quoted by VRBO. There is a refundable $250.00 damage deposit required as well as my Simply The Best Rental Agreement (separate and apart from what is required by VRBO). If attention to detail is part of your everyday life then you will appreciate all of the extras you will find in our beautiful condo. Our beautiful master bedroom has a king sized bed and our master bath has a jetted tub. There are floor to ceiling windows and doors that open onto a very spacious private balcony. You will love enjoying the sunrise and/or sunsets from the privacy of the 30 x 8 balcony. The balcony is comfortably furnished with a table, 4 chairs and 2 chaise lounges. Our second bedroom has 2 queen sized beds in it - ample closet space! Spacious, beautiful, comfortable -everything you need and want is at your fingertips. We have 1520 square feet that is beachy, tropical, casual and fun in its furnishings. The view from the living area and master bedroom is indescribable! Whether watching the dolphins, surfers or just the spectacular Gulf there is never a dull moment - quiet and peaceful maybe, but never dull! The dining and bar area comfortably seat 8. Our kitchen is fully equipped everything you will need or want is at your fingertips. The island has a couple of great restaurants so if you don't want to 'enjoy' all that the kitchen has to offer they are both within walking distance. We have many restaurants within a couple of miles of the island. Our large laundry room has a full sized washer and dryer for your convenience. We have ample storage and linens are provided. When Usual, Typical, or Ordinary is NOT what you are looking for then look no more - 602 Regency is the place you will enjoy spending your vacation year after year. We have beach service available right in front of the complex (for a small fee) and we have a storage area under the building for your beach floats, chairs or umbrellas. Beds need new mattresses. Sheets first fit. There was no toilet tissue except for the roll on the holder. Fan in master bath made a loud noise. Refrigerator made a loud noise. Otherwise loved the balcony and the whole condo.

This lovely condo was spacious, clean and well appointed - as advertised.
Beautiful beachfront view and a large 8 x 30 balcony. Easy parking, fast elevators and a nice pool.
We plan to go back.

Just as described. Location was perfect. Condo size was perfect, but it was not cleaned well. I found hair in the tub and on the floor in the baths, food & grease on the stove and carpet that turned your feet black in minutes. It would have been a 6 star rating if not for that.

Probably the best organized property I have ever stayed at.
Never waited on elevator, plenty of parking, covered loading and unloading area, plenty of carts, and a storage area for beach items. Condo was well stocked. Will stay there again.

This beautifully decorated and super spacious condo overlooked Navarre Beach. Our two kids (14 and 8 years old) shared a bedroom and bathroom. Each had a full bed and lots of space to spread out. The king bed/master bath was equally spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook. There were multiple restaurants within walking distance, along with an icecream/shave ice stand. We were approximately 50 minutes to Destin and about an hour to Pensacola. Lots of shops and restaurants along the way to keep the drives interesting. We felt this was the perfect midpoint for us and would stay here again! We deep sea fished in Pensacola and snorkelers in Destin.

We could not have found a more perfect place to enjoy our pre-Thanksgiving feast with our family! The kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed to prepare a delightful meal! The view from the condo is spectacular! We are looking forward to returning here again.

We were able to rent our condo for a six night stay. Upon our arrival we couldn't wait to unload our luggage and hit the beach. But when we entered the front door of the condo it was more than we expected. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the room's were decorated in a way that was comforting and inviting. The staff members were very polite and helpful. Well worth the price, time and trip. Thank you for a great time.
