Smell off cigarette smoke as soon as we opened the door to the apartment and the heating had been left on full so the heat in there was unbearable the first thing we did was open all the windows and doors to try to blow the stink out. The bed linen had black marks on it also the pillow case.The pedal bin lids came off as soon as i touched the pedal to open it.We had some old sponge for washing up left in a rusty container, Stain marks on the carpet in the bedroom,also on the seating area.Grease marks on the kitchen cupboard door,Hairs around the rubber of the washing machine,No instruction on how to use the TV ie Netflicks Prime.The window that looked out onto the embankment the seal was broken on 3 of the panes so our view was totally obscured.What a disappointment this place was.I have complained to the owners showing the photos we had a bottle of wine and a few chocs.I did say that i would except some refund as this was not cheap.I have waited to see if someone would get in touch when we came home ,it has been 4 days now no one has contacted me. Aron wise has a few apartments along this embankment so for me this is all about the money and not about the customer. Also no cord on the blinds so we could not move them only one had a cord.

Stayed here for the Cardiff V Norwich match, and this was the perfect place to stay. Great location, very clean and tidy

Fab apartment in a great location!

Apartment was fab, great location and really easy to enter with an email sent 24 hours before arrival with door codes on. Apartment was really clean and had everything we needed

Paid £39 for a birthday package- 5 little balloons, Prosecco and some chocolates. Felt it was expensive for what was provided! Staircase feels unsteady!

It was a fair accomodation.

The apartment is equiped with everything you need but it is cold, not warmy, pay attention at the big luggages as there isnt’t elevator and the 2 floor stairs it’ s very narrow. Moreover in the apartment is another much narrow stairs and we had to let our lugagges in the living room as it was impossible to put them in the bedroom. Bring with you plug adaptors, as they don’t provide.

Very convenient, near to the stadium where the concert was. Also closer to town which was also a bonus. Really enjoyed our stay. The host was very considerate left welcoming drinks for us really appreciated. Good communication and helpful instructions and also accommodated our requests to check in early.

There was no allocated parking, though helpful with information where to park. We found it stressful to park far from the property and had to pay extra for Uber to collect our bags to and from where we parked the car.

Good value, nice staff but could do with some repairs

Luke was helpful and the bed was really comfortable. The building itself was nice and it’s close to the station and city centre. The flat has everything you need! For the pride you pay it’s fairly decent.

The shower wasn’t great the water pressure was awful. The tap in the bathroom was broken, the window handles were mostly broken,bedroom door handle needs reposting. Would have thought before it’s rented out they would make sure things are fixed. The area isn’t the best lots of shouting and run down houses.

Fantastic supervisor. Thank you, Claudio, for being so efficient and polite 😁.

Fantastic service manager, Claudio. He was straight to any issues and extremely carasmatic and friendly. He really did make a huge difference to my stay.

Maintenance issues need attending prior to guests arriving. I have stayed in this building many times. I was disappointed to see that there was not so much care and attention to these matters, including cleanlines. Claudio was very helpful, and I didn't mind cleaning.

Can recommend.

We were in room 4, Fitzhamon Embankment. Check in was really easy. Kitchen has all necessities, even a freezer. The rooms have a good size, liked the view of river Taff. Close to Cardiff center and the station. Thanks again for letting us store the luggage in your office on the last day.

Sofa and bed both too soft for my taste. Maybe add an adjustable light next to the sofa?

Relaxing

The location was excellent for us; a very short walking distance from the train station so arriving after multiple long train journeys fairly quickly was refreshing. After arriving, the couch was exceptionally comfortable and the main living and kitchen area was quite welcoming. Decently decorated and well laid out. Good selection of channels It also served as a great location for part of why we were down at all, being so close to the principality stadium meant we where not long on the way out of it on Saturday to return home.

The stairs within the apartment were quite loud with every step, with the last one I was a little worried about supporting my weight once. We also would likely have preferred two bathrooms as opposed to one, if we had used the flats full 4 people accommodation we might have struggled more due to that but this was a decision made at booking, not one that can truly be helped, both feel like nitpicks. We genuinely enjoyed the flat quite a bit.
