Very convenient location.

Downtown location, but quiet. Very close to the beach and bus stop. Large apartment

Apartment was cold during the first 24 hours, then it started to warm up. It is better to have less plates, cutlery and cookware- but clean and from the same set, than a lot in questionable quality and cleanliness.

Disappointing and below acceptable standards of holiday accommodation.

The location is convenient for walking around the town but otherwise it has little to offer.

Most things. The entrance looks tired, shabby and uninviting. There is a feeling of neglect in the whole apartment. The furniture is old and worn and it lacks warmth and comfort. There were light bulbs missing thus reducing the light in an already dark space. There was a badly broken toilet seat which was totally unacceptable. The manager responded quickly to this and replaced it. There was no toilet roll holder and the old and rather disgusting looking toilet brush replacement had not been unwrapped. The bidet could not be used as the taps were completely loose and almost disconnected. The wardrobe in the bedroom was full of unnecessary bedlinen type 'stuff' so there was no hanging space.

Spacious, clean good a/c and a washing machine. Handy after four weeks.

Hot water supply was hit and miss pillows not very good.

Good location. Nice, big apartement.

The shower is a joke! There wasn't warm water. We should everytime turn on the boiler (which was out of the apartment) when we wanted to take a shower.

A good location, a big apartment, Opportunity to book a parking in advance (recommended)

Close to the streets with a lot of traffic. There were some challenges with the water pressure in the shower & hot water boiler

we had 4 nights and everything was good but no instructions for Washer/dryer.

Central location. very clean and Christian was very helpful with a couple of problems we had.

there were no English TV channels.

Location was good and plenty of room in apartment.

Hot water was very slow and tap in bathroom sink was loose and should be replaced. Tap was dripping all the time.

Greatly located apartament near the sea. Well equipped and spacious.

Clean and quite spacious apartament. Well equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. Great location, 5 minutes from sea, around 10 minutes to the train station and city center. Basko supermarket and some other smaller shops and bakeries nearby. Host was very nice and helpful. It was easy to contact with every matter. There was an elevator in the building, though very small. We have almost always managed to find free parking spot nearby.

Elevator and staircase were very tiny (it was hard to fit baby trolley). There could be more place in wardrobes (especially for longer stay). There was sometimes loud guitar playing hearable, which wasn't helping with putting kids to sleep ;) Parking area around apartament is a bit busy, although it was almost always possible to park for free on the streets (also host was proposing some reserved parking just in case).

NIce stay. I recommend the apartment to those who would like to be very close to the seaside.

Apartment has been recently re-build and it looks nice, area is very close to the seaside and it is nice during the evening to go fro a walk in Rapallo's centre. Car is not needed and this is also a benefit.

Nothing was upsetting. Just a couple of things were missing in the kitchen area, host has been informed and he promised he was going to fix it.

Very clean and good location

The location is great. The apartment is located right in the center. The parking space for the car was well arranged and behind the building . The manager was very friendly. The apartment is recently renovated and very clean.
