L'appartamento è in una zona molto silenziosa e tranquilla, vicina comunque al tram 28 e a interessanti punti panoramici.
Ci hanno permesso di fare early check in così abbiamo potuto lasciare la valigia e iniziare subito la visita della città.

The hosts were incredibly responsive - immediate answers to our queries about transport back from the centre one evening and Fernanda even offered to come and pick us up when we’d spent way too long in the vast queue for the 28 Tram. The apartment is set in a private road of old local chocolate magnate’s workers’ houses, like a Lisbon version of Bourneville, it’s very tastefully done with a decent shower. Best miradour in Lisbon 5min walk away and good choice of local bars and restaurants.
The noise from the neighbours. Loud talking (thin walls too I think) until 3:00am one night made for difficult sleeping. And I wish I’d read the instructions better about the bus alternatives to the 28 Tram (queues to get on in centre can mean it’s not such a handy way to get home in less than an hour) or the metro (only a 15m walk but it is a consistently steep 15mins).

Everything. Such great detail and care taken into making this place feel like a home.
So comfortable and easy to get around.
Restaurants and grocery stores close by too.
Every appliance you can think of.
All the staff were so helpful and welcoming.
Nothing.

Everything was clean and Valeria was exceptional. She even brought over a couple adapters because we had brought the wrong ones for the outlets here. She greeted us with a bottle of wine and fruit on the table! Would definitely return

Valeria, the owner's representative, met us at the apartment and helped us with our luggage. She provided an overview of the apartment and the surrounding neighborhood. We appreciated the bottle of wine and fresh fruit. We cooked a light dinner on our first night, and the kitchen was well outfitted. It helped having a washing machine. The bed was comfortable. The apartment is located in a very quiet area.
At times, the bathroom retained a back odor from the sewage system. The windows don't have screens, so bugs came in. It's a far hike from the Chiado and Baixa areas of the city. The nearest metro station is quite a distance.

Location was a 2 minute level walk to the Main Street of the suburb, which was on a tram route including a stop for the No.28 tourist tram. If walking to the main city plaza, it is all down hill as our accommodation was on one of the 7 hills surrounding Lisbon.
The apartment had everything you could need, including a balcony and washing machine.
Upon arrival there was a complimentary bottle of wine, chocolates and a fruit bowl.
The owner was helpful and we were able to organise an early check-in. A special thanks to Valeria who was available by mobile to respond to any questions we had. She also organised an airport transfer, at a competitive rate upon our departure.
Wi-Fi was good.
The information book for the apartment suggested we attend to our own rubbish removal (despite the €60 cleaning fee). Whilst the general rubbish bin was just 150m away, the recycling bins were some 450m away, which made it a bit awkward for “busy tourists”.

Really nice place, great quiet location in Graca - a perfect base for Lisbon. Really comfy, super clean and really nice touches - chocolates, wine, coffee, slippers. It was really well thought out, and very attentive. Highly recommended.

Great cosy place just off the Main Street, close enough to be really handy for transport and local shops but far enough away to feel tranquil.

Felt like home, great little apartment, close to groceries and restaurants. Valéria was a super helpful host! very clean, all amenities were available and easy to use.
Good central location but we were a little turned around and it was hard to walk to (all uphill) at the end of a long day of touring around. But once we knew to tell taxi drivers to drop us at the local Pingo Doce (grocery store), it got easier.

It was perfect for a break away from busy work commitments. I loved being so close to the famous 28 tram which brought us right into the heart of Lisbon. The large bowl of fruit and bottle of wine left by the host was a lovely gesture. The apartment had excellent facilities
I don't think there was anything we didn't like. The heating system was perfectly fine for us in November but the apartment might be a little cold in the winter months as the doors don't fully seal but then Lisbon probably doesn't get very cold.

- location is quite good, 25 min on foot to the center
- close to a station of the 28e tram
- kitchen was nice, we even had coffee
- bed is comfortable
- old building, you can hear the neighbors
- some strange smell in the bathroom, maybe because it is on the ground floor - it is fine if you are not too long at home 🙂

Location. Lovely people and city.

The area is very quite but at the sane time it features all you need for a pleasant stay. The apartment is perfect for a couple and the check in was flawless.
I wonder what the neighbours upstairs are doing at night. Slamming doors, jumping on the floor, moving furnitures in the middle of the night. Sometimes screaming also. Would be better check with them why and what they're doing every night.
