Camera pulita, non grandissima ma completa. Letti molto comodi.

Nothing… very difficult access, not for tourists
Old and messy

The spaciousness
The view was excellent
Great value
The directions were poor from Google.
The directions posted by the host were good, but I either didn't read them in time or didn't get them soon enough.

Not hard to reach, nice, very peaceful location in the mountains, free parking just a minute from the room. Room was small but clean and with a GOOD AIRCO (!!) Small fridge and wifi in the room, very small bathroom, comfortable bed but with a footboard (and I am 200cm).
We haven't seen the staff (at all). Key was on a board, another guest helped me to find my way. No breakfast, no bar, no service. All instructions in writing. Apparently this had to do with covid, but zero service? Even a camping provides more.

2 rooms for family of 4 - 4 adults - good value for money. The view was great.
The road to the hotel was too winding, and narrow, very dangerous for us. To drop off the baggage, very difficult to drive car up driveway to drop off baggage.

The location is so beautiful and quiet, a great spot to relax after long journeys and hot cities 😁
The apartment is spacious and unusual, not suitable for perfectionist people who like it clean and modern!
For us it was great.
A huge balcony to enjoy the view was a bonus, with lots of space to hang the washing.
The shower missed a door so the bathroom got a bit wet.

The view was breathtaking! in the middle of beautiful mountains with infinite stars at night. the host was very helpful and the restaurant that he recommended was super delicious!
it’s not that we didn’t like, just the entrance to the property was a bit difficult to find. as soon as you find it, there is a small parking lot, and the host will guide you through your stay.

It is an idealistic place for nature lover...

Nothing
1) Name is misleading. it has nothing to do with Cinque Terre! It's outside the national park and it's about 1 hour (!) drive from any of the villages on the mountain narrow roads.
2) Location is middle of nothing. Even the nearest shop is like 10 minutes drive.
3) They overcharge you. The sum on the web site was indicates "with taxes", but upon arrival they added more taxes on the top.
4) Absolutely arrogant people. Their "parking" is on the steep slide, the only 2 normal spots were occupied, so I was really confused and just drove to the house door at least to take out the bags. After driving 1 hour in the dark the first thing i heard upon arrival (instead of "hello") was a scream from the terrace above "don't park here!".
5) They don't care about guests. We were tired, all i wanted was to rest, but the check in was very slow - i was standing there like 10 minutes, while he was writing the data from our passports. And then after i pointed out that he is overcharging me and showed him the booking confirmation. He started to yiell at me - "go out and look to another hotel". It was around 10-30 p.m., basically middle of the night, so I really had no choice. But i was totally shocked the way they treat customers.
6) Rooms are not made for you, it's like big owners warehouse. We have got the last room that night, so seems they gave us the biggest one. The room had double bed, baby bed, chimney (closed with large ugly papers saying "do ot use - decoration only", very old TV and a big storage with hundreds of plates and dishes. It was totally awkward. In addition to that there was a kitchen, which we could barely enter because they put a extra double bed there (no, not for us, they just put it as if it's a storage).
The other rooms downstairs are tiny and have no windows, at least our had a window and a terrace.
Overall it was the worst experience in a long time.

Amazing place with a soul. The place is on a hill - you need a good car to get there - if you're a bit afraid - it's better to go during the day. We spent 2 nights there - it was not enough. We had a great room with a comfortable bed, a large terrace with a great view. The apartment is beautifully furnished because the owner and his wife are artists. Delicious breakfast in the morning and wine on the terrace in the evening. A fabulous place.

Only thing good about the property is the location in the mountains where you can sit outside to unwind after a day of walking.
The room is very basic, small and stuffed with things not usable for guests. The toilet/shower is extremely small.
There is no one there to check you in and no checkin information is provided. Leading to a lot of confusion at the property throughout the day and night. The owner is rude and yelled at us for no reason. Almost all information provided is available in Italian only.
The property is very noisy and you can easily hear the neighbors talk and walk around.
You can only use this location only if you have your own transportation. The car park is however up a very steep hill - the bottom of the car scraping on the street as you go.
