The cabin was just okay. The communication from the property manager was not very warm and friendly - lots of rules and regulations for the stay which seemed a little over the top. We thought being right on the beach would be a nice perk but you end up with a ton of cars parked basically right outside the front door and people walking by constantly.
The listing claims it sleeps 10, but 6 of those beds are bunk beds in an open room with no door. The furniture is all kind of cheap-looking. The kitchen is described as "gourmet", but it also wasn't very well stocked.
Over priced and hyped for what it is, needs some updates and a refresh inside or some personal touches to make it feel a bit more inviting.

What a fantastic property right on the beach in Manzanita. The cozy cabin is spacious, modern, light, and wonderfully laid out. My wife and I and my 85 year old dad stayed in the two rooms upstairs - and having two bathrooms upstairs worked wonderfully also.
My two young adult daughters stayed downstairs in the bunk room. There is a large bathroom and nice living area down there which we didn't really use but would be wonderful if you had a full house or a bunch of kids staying downstairs.
All in all...the house is fantastic!
Our favorite thing was just enjoying the beautiful ocean views from either of the two patios. We cooked in, barbecued and enjoyed meals out as well. We were fortunate to have beautiful weather which helped as well. It was cold enough a couple of the mornings to enjoy the wood fireplace which always adds to the ambiance and feels so cozy! This was definitely one of our favorite VRBO's ever. Absolutely recommend! Would be fun any time of year. And we just loved Manzanita so much! Such a quaint, peaceful and beautiful beach town - much calmer and more beautiful in our opinion than Cannon Beach, Seaside, Gearhart, etc.
Can't wait to be in Manzanita again sometime!

We loved the view and modern feel of the big living-room/ dining-room/ kitchen area. Bathrooms roomy and clean, beds had good linens....kitchen well equipped in terms of pots etc (but do bring your condiments and firewood)
It was great to be able to walk 5 minutes to town.

Rained while we were there and there were numerous spots (1 in kitchen, 2 in bathroom) where the roof was leaking. The kitchen counter was all wet and dirty from the leaking.

We really enjoyed our time at this property. Loved the openness of the layout and the easy access to the beach. The bunk room downstairs provided a nice space for the kids.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! It was wonderful to sit on the front deck mesmerized by the ocean with a glass of wine in the evenings. Main Street Manzanita is just a short walk away. Access to the beach is right across the road (easiest close path was just to the right as you face the ocean, next to the doggie cleanup bag station). Sometimes we were disappointed when cars parked directly across the street right in our view of the ocean, especially as we were on the deck waiting for sunset but of course they had every right to be there too. One thing to be aware of if anyone has mobility issues is that you need to use the spiral staircase if you're locking up (or unlocking at re-entry) as the main door is lower level. Though we didn't use the area downstairs, there's a great bunk room and wonderful bathroom down there plus family room that would be great for the kids. Again, keep in mind the spiral staircase is used to get up to the main level so may not be great for very young ones. Would stay here again :)

A place in Manzanita
We found this home perfect for our family to stay in Manzanita. It was a beautiful location, with a view we couldn’t stop enjoying. The house had everything we needed to enjoy breaking bread with family . We enjoyed the short walk to town for some groceries, lunch, or candy.

Amazing hosts, amazing property, amazing location.
I cannot rave enough about this home and the incredible service I received from Kim. It also helped that the weather was perfect but even if it had rained every day I would have been over-the-moon content. Cozy, well-stocked, well-appointed... and spotless. You cannot do better on the Oregon Coast for a family or solo retreat. I'll be back for sure.

Great Beach House
The property was in an ideal location. Just blocks from the main part of town and across the street from the beach. The house was sparkling clean, the hosts were great communicators, the layout of the house with the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and the two levels was brilliant. So comfortable and cozy. The kitchen was updated and stocked with all the pots/pans/utensils/etc you could need. And, the TV had cable which is always appreciated, especially during baseball playoffs.

Beach vibes!
This was such a wonderful stay! We most loved sitting on the front porch in the evening, watching the sunset that lasted around an hour, and then watching the stars come out while listening to the roar of the ocean. Amazing!! We visited the beach across the street as well as all up and down the vicinity while there. The house is big and spacious with beautiful big windows and views, it’s clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the wifi worked very well!!! Absolutely stay here if you can! You won’t be disappointed!

Fabulous!
Elegant, roomy with great views. You can tell every decision made on this remodel was made with love. This place is beautiful and stocked in anticipation of your every need. I also appreciated the attention to those with allergies, not only in the no pet policy but also the fragrance free laundry, etc. highly recommend

Great location beautiful home
Perfect location and clean house. The instructions/expectations were more indicative of early COVID guidelines. Instructions suggested limited bedding and toilet paper when in reality there was plenty. Great stay for 2 families with kids. Bunk beds were perfect!

ocean getaway
wonderful property. the master bedroom mattress was a bit soft and be sure to note there's a road between the property and the beach - not quite as beachfront as I'd pictured. All in all a very nice house / cabin on a peaceful beach. We were only two, there's room for a big group. Be a terrific cabin for an extended family or reunion.

Loved the house!
Our family of six adults and one child had a wonderful time in this delightful house. Very well stocked kitchen, plenty of room between the two floors for all of us. The beds were all very comfy and the down comforters were so cozy. Loved the location and the view spectacular. We all want to return for next Christmas.

The location was wonderful. The design was interesting with the spiral staircase.
The staircase is an issue for families with children. Might want to invest in a safety gate. Cheap and safe. Also, the chairs around the table, the screws need to be tightened , kept falling out. The final consideration are the blinds. Not a great or friendly design the panels kept falling off. These are my thoughts and hope they will help the owners. Thank you

Paradise in Manzanita
We truly enjoyed this property 100%! Kim, the owner, was fantastic. She made sure everything was perfect for us!! What a great beach house. So spacious and beautifully decorated. The windows in the great room are big which makes the natural light so bright! There are so many wonderful places to eat in Manzanita but we didn't want to leave the house. Views and sunsets were spectacular! Best part of all is to get to the beach to step of the porch and walk 100 feet and you are on the sand. Our grandkids came for one night and they loved everything about the cabin. We could stay on the deck and watch them run on the beach. They especially loved the bunk room downstairs. So great for families. Also, so nice having a TV with Cable to watch sports! The kitchen was well stocked and wonderful cooking with the amazing views out the windows. Wood burning BIG fireplace was so welcomed. Morning Noon and Night! Beds were very comfortable. The heated floor in the upstairs bathroom is awesome. I wanted to take a pillow and blanket and sleep on the floor!!! Washer/Dryer would be very helpful...we weren't there long enough to use it. So nice being able to walk to town! The Little Apple Grocery Store is our favorite place...so much history. Great seafood to buy and cook at the cabin! We had full sun for 4 days with sunsets so we felt very lucky. But we both agreed this place would be great in a storm too! Thank you Eric and Kim!!!! You did a fabulous job remodeling. You kept the charm making this the best stay in Manzanita. We will be back!!!

Amazing coast views
We stayed at this sweet Manzanita cabin for three nights and seriously, the view and access to the ocean is awesome. This home has a very well equipped kitchen and lovely living space with expansive views. My walk on the beach was as simple as walking out the door. It is also a short walk into Manzanita which is always a treat. Very comfy and cozy here. One thing I would add to the description is that a spiral staircase connects the two levels. While it worked for us as three elder women, one of us is limited physically and could not imagine using the stairs. No problem for able bodies but something someone may need to consider. I truly look forward to coming back to this cabin and catching a winter storm. We had lovely weather and watched the sun set from the deck in November! Nice!

Stormy weather!
We had a great time at this delightful beach home. You cannot improve on the view! A spectacular stormy weather weekend. Beds were comfy, kitchen had almost everything we needed. (It would have been nice to have a few things like foil or Saran)

Gorgeous fall weekend in a beautiful cozy house
We had a great time at this comfortable, spacious home. with our family of four and my mom. The kids loved having their own space downstairs and we enjoyed the beautiful view from the couch, deck, and table. Well equipped and a short walk from town. We would love to go back!

Amazing!!!
Such an amazing property! We loved it and it was so ideal for my 30th birthday! Super, super clean. LOVED the upstairs bed and the linens. Everything was decorated well and the pictures didn’t do the house justice - it was so much more amazing.
Side note: beach towels would be great for those flying in and an easily transported metal fire pit for the beach. Thanks!!

Absolute beautiful location. Beach house was perfect.
Beach house was just what we needed. Our family had a wonderful experience. Kitchen was equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, we loved the openness. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Loved it! Would love to go back to this same beach house!

great location, cozy house
Worked well for our group of 8. The photos of the front porch are a little deceiving because it looks like you are right on the beach - there is actually a road with quite a bit of traffic between the front porch and the beach. We had a few really tall vans park right across the street from the house on Sunday so had a view of a van, not the beach - but I can't blame that on the house! I would absolutely stay there again.

Great quiet stay!
This is a beautiful property, right across Ocean Rd from the beach. We liked to sit in the living room with the door cracked to listen to the waves. So calming! We ended up only using half the house because it is quite spacious, and would have been great for two families as there is a bunk room downstairs for the kids.
My only feedback is that the checkout requirements are too much. We pay a large cleaning fee, and I would prefer to not have to strip my bedding, and deep clean the kitchen.

Wonderful beach retreat!
This is by far one of the best places on the northern coast. It if a fun-filled, roomy vacation home filled with color and fun design along with quality amenities. The location is perfect for walking into Manzanita or hopping across the road to the great walking beach. We were fortunate to see sunsets comparable to Hawaii’s sunsets. The owners are very available for any questions.
