La ubicación es ideal. El restaurante está bien. Desayunaos unas tostadas con jamón muy ricas y el café está muy bien. Lo mejor de la experiencia sin lugar a duda el servicio. Miguel Ángel nos atendió muy bien.

the location was great and staff was super accommodating and friendly. It is old but clean, our room got cleaned every morning which was great! It was great to be able to take our dog :). Other than that, this hotel has the bare minimum so I'm not sure why it is not cheaper.
Windows are super small so fresh air does not enter the room well enough, beds were uncomfortable and it was 2 twin beds pushed together instead of a cama matrimonio. There was a weird smell from the tuberias and the room was very small/old. Breakfast should be included considering the breakfast is literally bread and coffee... A bit overpriced for what it was but we knew this when booking... unfortunately it was the only place where we could stay with our dog on short notice.

Location and staff. The gentleman who runs the place was very polite and he offered us a ride when I said I was not feeling good.
The place is kind of weird. They give you 2 keys to open a gate then a side door because nobody is there after breakfast. There is a bar and a restaurant that are closed all the time, if you need a drink you have to go to town to one of the two restaurants that are opened; everything else is closed. I think the place is overpriced for what it offers . I had never stayed in a hotel that doesn't have any staff on site, besides, they close the place for breakfast on Wednesdays. Rascafria has only one attraction, El Monasterio del Paular, everything else is far out.

Clean and tidy very comfortable, in a beautiful village in a fabulous valley 😀
I found it hard to locate the entrance, but once in it was fabulous

World's best and most kind host, great location

Good location and parking.
Very small room, outdated bathroom. Threadbare towels. No evening meal. in fact no restaurant. No choice of breakfast. Had to use 3 keys to get in and out, as no receptionist at property.
I would describe this as a hostal, not a hotel. We have travelled extensively in Spain over many years and this is definitely not hotel standard…..also problems with payment machine not working.

The location was very good, quiet with sufficient parking space.
The staff was welcoming and friendly.
The room was not very clean, beds are very outdated and uncomfortable.
Besides, at noon, when they prepare for lunchtime, the whole building smells like a kitchen, even the rooms.

The coffee is excellent! Breakfast is great value for money! The host of the hotel was extremely friendly, kind and informative about local sights to see!

The gentleman was very nice and helpful. We had a late check in so after we called he was on the property only five minutes after.
The kids next door to us were playing music and chatting quite loudly.. Granted it is something that would be expected in a hotel next to the ski slopes.. they quieted down around midnight.

Normal, nada destacable. Tostadas y cafe.
