Rooms are nice and confortable, everything works as expected. Direct view and access to the pool, friendly and helpfull staff, all for a fair price.

I have been traveling around Asia for 34 years . The resort restaurant had some of the best food I have ever tasted.

One of our favourite hotels on our trip - great value for money! Clean, nice little pool and the food and drinks at the restaurant are great! Didn't get eaten alive by mosquitos here either!
Very helpful staff :)

The different rooms you can stay in some by the river with a balcony or pool view individual huts. The accommodating staff so friendly and the amazing food plus the area sit under thatched roof so when it rains but warm still it’s comfortable. Cats and dogs regularly visit to if your and animal lover
It’s not the property because it was so tranquil and calm it’s more just not made for tourists but Chinese gamblers in the city. lots derelict buildings kind of like mad max

Clean place, peaceful at day time. Beautiful garden. Nice sitting area in front of bungalow. Property has car park.
Not easy to sleep, many dogs around that bark a lot at night. Swimming pool is much smaller than it looks on pictures.

Nice pool, although small. Really good food, no breakfast included in the price. Comfy room, although mosquito netting would have been nice.
Sihanoukville is a dump, with half built abandoned buildings everywhere.

All the stay was perfect! Excellent hotel and rooms with a unique traditional eco-architecture that makes the stay feel closer to nature and Khmer architecture, the garden and swimming pool are lovely too. The restaurant, bar and pool were perfect to relax after a long working day. The Chef did a great job every evening but a small advice is to order early since the kitchen closes not too late. The staff made the stay even above expectation via the excellent help at check-in, ordering times, check-out and any time I needed helpful information about the area, booking a taxi, etc. The more I come back to this address the more I love it and feel home.
All was perfect; especially for the price paid, the value provided could not rise any complain!

I wanted to visit Otres beach again,as I was here 7 years ago,it has changed a lot….but I found a hidden gem at the back of the village…everything was fantastic, lovely clean room with fan,AC,fridge, kettle and safety box,and a comfortable bed…..nice gardens out side bungalows surround a swimming pool and area to sun bath….I eat in restaurant most days as all the food I had was brilliant, they serve Khmer and western food..And last of all thank you Chom,Sina and the rest of the staff for making my stay so enjoyable, they speak good English and go out of their way to help you
Nothing…..may be a few hammocks to laze about in,apart from that nothing

An oasis of peace, cleanliness and friendliness in the wasteland which has become this once laid back and backpackers frendly area of Otres Beach-Sihanoukville. We felt welcome and everything was just perfect. The food truly amazing, the lady in the kitchen knows her business, five star chef !
This comment does not concern the accommodation per se: the ecological, human distaster provoked by the wild, inconsiderate "development" of the area has killed the very essence of Otres Beach. Huge construction sites sit next to slums and dirt, poverty is visible everywhere while new casinos and towers loom over shaks and dumps. So sad, heartbreaking for families like our hosts who are trying to preserve beauty in this hell. Good luck to them.

The hotel is very clean . The room was beautiful and specious. The stuff were kind and hospitable.
. The surrounding is all constructions.
We had a room with river view. Nice view with a nice balcony but the river is dirty and smelly. We stayed there for 1 night because we needed to catch an early flight from Sihanoukville airport. It served our purpose well.
