Won’t go again . There are better and cheaper options with better service

Not a lot this time was a big fan of this place but I don’t think I will visit ever again

Staff . U had to wait 40 mins and 3 calls to order beers . After that had to wait another 15 and 2 calls to get an opener . Really ??? Is this really Taj ???? The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest and fleet wasn’t up to taj standards. I think we need to start thinking beyond Taj

overall was fine.

The room was spacious and nice. They had a good spread at breakfast too. They also let us check out an hour late, which was nice because our flight was delayed.

The telephone wasnt working so we had to call in the technician. In addition the room wasnt so clean, They need to pay more attention towards cleaning even the smallest objects in the room. There were lipstick marks on the mirror and even on the remote control. There was leftover of a cake box in one of the drawers. Clearly they hadnt checked the room after the previous family checked out. We didnt expect to get this kind of uncleanliness at taj after paying so much for a luxurious room. It was our anniversary night and we had less time hence we did not make a big deal out of it. But I wish it was better.

The Taj Experience

This is one of the grandest hotels, the service is fabulous, every staff member was kind, polite, and courteous! I don't know if others who travel know the hotel is fantastic when their TOWELS actually feel clean and washed, same for the sheets! So, if a hotel puts effort in ensuring these are taken care of, you can rest assured everything else is top notch.

That I could only stay there for three days.

tHE BREAKFAST IS PATHETIC ALL THE TIME AND I HAVE COMPLAINED THERE STAFF SEVERAL TIMES, THE SPREAD IS VERY LIMITED COMPARED TO TAJ STANDARDS AND THE MENU OPTIONS IS ALSO VERY LIMITED, THERE CHEFS EVEN CANNOT MAKE PROPER OMLETTE WHICH IS THE VERY BASIC OPTION

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, largely due to the exceptional staff, comfortable rooms, and great customer service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay other than the check-in process took a staggering 1 hour and 30 minutes

Fabulous 1 day experience

It was a fabulous 1 day experience and we will definitely like to go there again. I was connected with Tuba from the guest relations thorough out my booking and stay and made our stay very memorable. It was my 10th wedding anniversary surprise for my wife and she arranged specific colour balloons in the room as per my request and that too complimentary. The other complimentary aspect was that they steam ironed my wife's wedding gown on my request. Tuba also arranged an earlier checkin for us at 12 instead of 2 pm. I had selected the runway room and it was such an amazing sight to see the planes flying off at regular intervals during the day time. At night time you can't expect to see though. The room was just fabulous and top notch. The breakfast and 1 meal was part of the offer going through booking.com and the staff also mentioned that it is a good offer to go with. We were supposed to have the dinner as part of our package however thabks to the staff that they suggested to go with the brunch which had so many options and absolutely delicious food , so, for dinner we went with Ala carte. Breakfast again was top notch and we relished all the food. It was a gastronomical delight. Pool was also very good and it was a consistent 3.5 feet which was very good to have as we had 2 children with us. Overall we really had a fabulous time and it was worth it. Thank you to Taj, Tuba and the entire staff who really work so tirelessly to keep all the customers extremely happy.

Peaceful with attentive staff even though the food wasn't that great it was a good break.

The rooms are very spacious and well appointed. The view is nice too. The F&B staff are always helpful and attentive. It's generally a peaceful hotel.

The house keeping staff were a bit noisy and told them to quiet down which they did. The room floors were a bit dusty. The food at the restaurants and at breakfast was not that good. Thread in the baked dish. Had to send the omelette back at breakfast. Also wish they had more things to do at the hotel since it's far away from everything.

Taj Santa Cruz Hotel Mumbai is a luxurious haven with impeccable service. The rooms are stunning, the dining options are exceptional, and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Conveniently located near the airports, it's the perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers. Highly recommended.

As a comment, I didn't like the fact that Taj Santa Cruz Hotel Mumbai promised me an escort from the airport but failed to deliver on that promise. It was disappointing to arrive and find no representative waiting to assist with my transfer to the hotel. This lack of follow-through on their part was a letdown and didn't meet my expectations for the level of service I anticipated from such a renowned establishment.
