Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir überlegen wirklich wiederzukommen, gleiches Reiseziel/ Unterkunft

Die Lage ist super zentral und verhältnismäßig ruhig gewesen zu unserer Reisezeit. Ortszentrum, Promenade, Seilbahnstation, Burg usw. alles war für uns fußläufig erreichbar, so das der PKW auch einfach mal auf dem Grundstück/ in der Garage bleiben konnte :-) . Die Aussicht vom Balkon war wirklich großartig, der Lago somit allgegenwärtig. Wir hatten total netten und guten Kontakt zum Vermieter der oft vor Ort war.

Excellent place for a couple to stay

The helpful owner who picked up our bags at the bus station, gave us lots of good advise. The views, the air con and free bicycles to use.

It was all good. Just remember to bring toiletries.

Beautiful stay couldn’t of asked for more.

The view, the balcony the aircon and the closeness to the town and lake. The apartment was modern and very clean it had everything we needed even had free use of the bicycles in the garage and the owner was brilliant in explaining everything to use and giving us some information on the best things to do in the area…very accommodating. I will be bringing the rest of my family back here for sure.

Very clean, quiet, comfortable & beautiful balcony.

Very clean, fully equipped kitchen, awesome balcony with beautiful view of lake. Very quiet. Close to town & restaurants. Bikes were available for use.

Remember to bring your own toiletries.

Great location, close to shops and restaurants. Close to the lake shoreline so you can stroll along the lake side or ride a bicycle and stop at cafe's along the way for coffee or something to eat or drink. Also parking available. Apartment had a kitchen and facilities for cooking your on food if you wanted to. Constantino was so helpful and generous. Bikes available to ride and free washing for clothes.

Can't really think of anything, perhaps have salt, pepper and sugar available.

Comfortable stay at this apartment

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, very clean inside and around the villa, walking distance to the central town Malcesine. As a nice bonus, we have been provided with bicycles for free, which we used for evening rides on the esplanade. Many thanks to senor Constantino.

Location was fantastic - close to the water, amazing views from the balcony and close to the town and the supermarket

The swimming pool was a little small but not a problem because there is a beach close by

Fantastic apartment near by the center of Malcesine

The location was perfect and views from the balcony was beautiful. The place was clean and well equipped. Host was really friendly.

The air condition was a bit lacky, especially during very hot days.

Fabulous stay in a lovely clean apartment with a fantastic host.

Travelling as a party of 3 the 2 studio apartments were perfect as they had their own entrance. The apartments were fully equipped with all we needed and they both had lovely views of the lake. The owner of the apartment was very helpful both before we arrived and while we were there, helping us with bus timetables and arranging taxis. We also had free use of bikes which was a fantastic way to explore a little further around the lake.

Very enjoyable.

The property was spotlessly clean and Constantino was an excellent host. He was very helpful and attentive. The location was very good - we could swim in the swimming pool, swim in the lake and walk into town within 5 minutes. The photos didn't do the property justice.

Location is very good, close to harbour, pedestrian street, lift to Monte Baldo. Brilliant views from the balcony. All you need for a holiday!

Very central and cosy apartment.

Parking was easy and safe. Check in and out smooth as can be. Mr. Cressotti is very kind and helpful. Borrowing of bikes are also easy. The location is very central. Close to the town hub and the super market. We‘ll definitely be back again. To be highly recommended!

Great place for a short break away

Amazing location overlooking the lake & 5mins walk to the town, bars & restaurants. Great sized apartments with everything you need Included. Could do with some updating but still very good. The pool is not actually located at this property, it is at its sister property which is down the road. A bit misleading on the advert as it doesn’t say this.
