The room was very spacious clean & comfortable - it was so good we originally only booked for one night but ended up staying for two

It was very clean and spacious, easy to find and lovely location setting
4.5
Really lovely well equipped and comfortable room. Great car park and perfect location for the main road. Loved the option of take away pizza as a food option. All staff were friendly and heldpul.
Restaurant was a bit disappointing in terms of ambiance and choice of main courses.

Dirty food wasn’t nice and very expensive for what it was staff weren’t very pleasant had people shouting in the bar until late people walking up and down the coriander all night restaurant was looking right into our room so when we upgraded we hoped we’d have a nice view not to not be able to open our curtains
2.5
Had a huge parking space
staff was very poor on guidance what to see around. they handed over a leaflet which barely has useful information
4.5
The site is extensive and tranquil, but within easy reach of Chipping Norton. Everywhere was very well tended. We were delighted with the spaciousness of our studio room with patio with chairs and loungers overlooking the golf course. Very comfortable bed. My husband has issues with mobility, but everywhere was easily accessible with lifts where necessary
The restaurant menu was rather limited, but the quality and presentation of the food was excellent. As the hotel focuses on golf, expect the bar area to have a cheery post golf round atmosphere. The plumbing in our apartment could be a little noisy.
2.5
Hotel is very tired and could do with a refurbishment.
Evening meal menu was very limited and not what I expected from such a “so called prestigious” hotel.

Lovely comfortable room with a lovely balcony and only a 30 min walk from town.

On arrival I was welcomed by the lovely smiley lady behind the desk. To tell me I've been upgraded to a bigger room. Always great news. The room was more than presentable and clean. Fantastic finish in the bathroom and longe area. Just what you need after a long day day at work
The bar and restaurant sadly closed at 21.00

Room was cleaned every day.
The bed was too uncomfortable, the only thing I would change.
4.5
The staff at reception were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I was upgraded to a suite room for free, which was absolutely delightful: clean, quiet, spacious and had a balcony. It was excellent value for money, and there was a wealth of free parking available. The location was fantastic, being reasonably close to motorways and also a fantastic gateway to the Cotswolds. It was about an hour's drive from Birmingham, where I had a work conference, and was very easy to get to from there.
Can't really fault anything if I'm honest. I think I may have been offered a breakfast but the price was extortionate, so I didn't take them up on it. I guess that's it?

Location, amenities cleanliness.

Location, surroundings, cleanliness.
Upgraded the room, but it overlooked the carpark, which was quite busy the following morning with people leaving and golfers arriving. Even though people weren't particularly loud, it was noisy enough to prevent you from sleeping.

Spacious clean and modern

Spotlessly clean room and ensuite. Excellent maintained decor etc.
Spacious car park.
Friendly staff.
Small private outdoor space for each room with table & chairs.
More motel than hotel.

Bigger selection in restaurant
4.0
The cleanliness and how spacious the room was. Incredible view too!
2 single beds pushed together as a double would be the only downfall
4.5
Nice place at last minute. but restaurant need to improve staff service 55 minutes for orders with remaining them...

Clean, Comfortable and warm. friendly efficient and helpful staff
Limited menu options - particularly for vegetarians
4.5
The location was quiet and ideal to relax.
The room prices were very reasonable at the time of visit.
The full English breakfast buffet was great.
Great variety of spa treatments.
The restaurant for dinner seemed to run completely understaffed, and there were people waiting for a very long time to be served. The one waiter was doing everything he could.

Food, extras,parking,location.
We both had a large & small towel both had long hair so we still needed a hand towel. Staff had clearly put a floor towel on the hand towel rail twice.
The metal outer door to each apartment building would catch the concrete floor being very noisy, but also many users would leave the door, so it would be left open in 0° weather.
A couple of main staff did not give the best first impression with hygiene.
