Just don’t come here unless you are cool with dirty room and cold water

Near the beach

Everything else. The staff did not spoke any English. The place did not had hot water, was dirty and smelly

The location was close to the beach.

The toilet flush had no water supply,a real problem was in the morning. The heating system was not working just a small electric heater was in the room which took 5 hours to warm the room when outside it was mimus 7. Pricey and problematic

it was a great stay

It's not the first visit - so we know what to expect. We like the location. The rooms are stylish. Great to have possibility to make our own food.

Guest house is located in a good place near the beach.

Room could have been cleaner (floor was quite dusty). Bathroom needs maintenance. Shower was clogged. It was a little bit hard to communicate in english language with a receptionist. As this was a guest house we didn't expect much but for a room like this we highly overpaid.

Location

Moss growing on the roof explains everything. Paid 80 euros, did not expect that old house that must be renovated. Pool is just an illusion. Only 3 if 10 light bulbs are working.. sumarry, avoid this place if they ask more than 40 euros..

Kids were very disappointed.

The location is fantastic. The staff were very helpful and nice.

The pool was freezing cold. The jets in the spa tub didn't work. There were no blinds so I couldn't get the kids to sleep. The bed was super bouncy, waking anyone of you moved. The oven was full of stuff when I tried to use it.

We'll visit again!

Excellent location. Possibility to cook. Tables outside - so one can enjoy tea or table games outdoors. Swimming pool - though didn't use cos the seawater temperature was good.

Reasonable value for money

Location is excellent. Close to the sea and to the train station, walking distance to Majori with main shopping/restaurant area. in 500 meters well known 36.line and Kinza restaurants, and Dukats - reasonable priced eating place. Place is quite, personnel - friendly.

No daily or weekly cleaning service, no conditioning (when we stayed it was +32 (unusually hot weather).

Everything was fine. Location is superb. Spacious bathroom with a good bath.

The bed was sort of a little bit broken, making some craking noises.
