Melanie is the perfect host! Great communication, great check-in/check-out details and the place was warm, cozy, and very inviting. My extended family were overjoyed to be back in Tiger Run, and their ski vacation was perfection.

This place was everything you need without all the bells and whistles. We absolutely loved that it gave our family the right amount of space, with everything you could need to cook. The complex has top notch amenities from the pool to hot tub to workout facility. Also, the host were so responsive and generous. Those ladies responded within seconds with our slight hiccup and was immediately taken care of. Absolutely will be returning!

The chalet was super cute and surprisingly roomy and the view was incredible. Such a cute little getaway and out of the congestion of Breckenridge proper but super close to the Airport lot and just a couple of minutes to go into town for food or supplies. Kids loved the loft.
The chalet was well stocked and cozy.

We loved the efficient use of space in this unit and the extra beds in the loft. Just beware the loft is only about 4ft tall so it's really just for sleeping. The living room and extra large couch were a nice touch as well for lounging after a full day of skiing.

Adequate but needed some maintenance. Gorgeous mtn view.
Pictures were outdated and didn’t represent condition of unit. Oven, carpet were very dirty. Windows needed cleaning. Bed was comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Pocket door to bedroom is very warped and didn’t work so no privacy. Owner appeared receptive to issues shared with her and hope they will be taken care of before next rental. Mountain View from back deck is gorgeous.

perfect little homebase for getaway
This little cabin worked great exploring the Breckenridge/Keystone/copper area for the weekend. It’s right on the border between Breckenridge and Frisco.

Convenient location with great amenities
Short drive to the gondola parking lot, not too far from the free airport lot as well. Nice dining area, living room, and sleeping area. Kitchen is stocked with all necessary tools and cooking wares. The activity center has nice indoor swimming and hot tubs. We enjoy our stay and would recommend to others.

The view was beautiful!
This property had a great view with a river in the back. House was very clean. We rented this place for just my husband and I and it was fine. But if going with kids, the loft is really short, hard for adults to move around. Otherwise gain. We had a great time and would book it again.

Great place to rest
We room our kids skiing and wanted a place nearby where they could rest and this was perfect. It was a little bit hard to find in the dark - I recommend looking up the resort online to find a map and locating number 5 on it before you get there. Otherwise it was great!

great stay. A little smaller than I thought but still a nice location
Nice weekend.

Great experience - close proximity to lots
Property manager was hesitant to let five adults stay here because the loft is better suited to children, but as long as you are prepared for it, I don't think it's a problem. Living room very comfortable and the deck is great. River running behind the property is awesome. Busy road behind that but it never bothered us even with open windows.

Nice area and unit. However no heat in main bedroom and mattress was too firm for our liking, did not utilize room for sleeping since it was so cold. Beautiful location and views!

nice resort area
We feel mislead by the pictures that made the home look bigger. We also thought it was more secluded than it was. We were not looking for a home in a resort setting. Although the campground park was nice, we will not be staying there again.

Cozy and sweet cabin
We really enjoyed our stay in the cabin. The view from the back porch is lovely and we didn't mind the street noise. You can walk down to the creek running behind it. The area is really nice and we enjoyed the location of this cabin being fairly close to the entrance. Tiger run is a fun area and we had friends staying in their camper in the same campground which made for an extra fun visit. The loft can sleep six people with four beds up there and we loved the variety of books, games and toys in the loft and throughout the cabin. The couch is very comfy and we enjoyed the electric fireplace for a little extra heat on the cool mornings. The kitchen and bathroom are smaller but totally doable. We brought food with us but didn't really cook in the kitchen but it had everything we needed for our trip. I noticed a crock pot in one of the cabinets which we might use on our next stay at this lovely cabin!

Adorable cabin
Cute cabin away from it all. Tons of space. The kitchen is better equipped than mine at home!!! Crazy comfortable beds, livingroom & patio space. Close to Breck, Frisco & Dillion. The owner was so sweet & gracious when I called. The resort staff were professional & helpful. The grounds are stunning. I will gladly go back!!!

Ladies Colorado Trip
Directions were easy. I did have to contact the property manager only because i couldn't find the email that she sent me. But she was super nice and resent the email with all the information we needed about check in and check out. The busy highway was right by us, that was the only complaint we had. And really it wasn't that big of a deal. Awesome view of the mountains and a river right by the cabin. Close to Breckonridge, Frisco, and Dillon. Lots of good food and things to do and see!

Nice stay
We wish we had known at the time of our booking that a $60 fee was at our expense if plowing was needed during winter months. The property was “plowed” per Jeannine several days before our arrival but it was haphazard at best. We cleared drive, stairs to entry with the one snow shovel provided. Continued snow days provided great skiing and beautiful scenery from the chalet’s windows but Tiger Run’s plowing pushed the street snow and large ice chunks right up driveway and steps of entry to chalet making it impassable...not what you want to clear at the end of a day of skiing. Bathroom small and we found one bathroom a disadvantage for 5 adults. The kitchen was well-equipped and the owner generously offered use of any staples currently available in the kitchen. Those sleeping in loft area commented that it was hot so we would respectfully suggest providing a box fan for that area. The entire chalet has electric heat which was a very dry heat...we discovered a cool mist humidifier in a closet which didn’t really provide much relief. Cooking was accomplished with the use of a stove/oven unit that has seen better days. Dishes must be washed and dried by hand. Bedding appeared worn and in need of washing. Overhead light in loft area not working. Despite the above-mentioned observations, Jeannine was extremely assistive in any matters and very prompt in her responses.

Ski Haven
Excellent simple property well suited to relaxing after long days of carving fresh powder at Copper Mountain. Close to all resorts in Summit County with easy drive to all amenities. Kitchen had all needed equipment and was handy and comfortable. Bathroom small but usable. Loft was comfortable for our group. Books were awesome too!!

This cabin worked perfectly for our son and his fiance’s visit. They had their own space at the Resort and were very comfortable.. it has a fully equipped kitchen and a wonderful patio. Would recommend this cabin. They stayed almost one week...

Loved the Chalet
Such a great cabin and wonderful resort complex. The home was so quaint and nicely laid out for our family of four. The kids loved the loft and the space they had for themselves. Also had a great view of the river and some open space in the backyard, the patio and grill were also very nice amenities. The property is just a five minute drive into Breckenridge. We had some other friend staying in the complex and the kids could easily and safely ride their bikes around the property. It was a very nice community feel. Can’t wait to go back.
Jeannine was also great to work with, I accidentally left some clothes behind and she help make quick arrangements to get them back.

Clean, convenient to skiing - Kids loved the loft
We had a great stay at this convenient location for a ski trip to Breckenridge. 3 teenage boys really loved the loft for sleeping. Kitchen and bathroom are very small, but the clubhouse a short walk away made for a great back up for the bathroom.

It was just ok!
The Chalet was nice, very small bathroom though. None of the lights in the loft worked, needs some upkeep, leaks in fridge, and shower. The overall resort was nice. But not for the price!

We stayed here with 2 families. The place was warm and cozy. The loft was perfect for the kids, to play, watch movies and get away. My wife and slept up there comfortably as well. My Sister in law and Boyfriend used the main floor room. I would love to stay here in the summer with the back deck, right on the Blue River.
