Overall a great stay with some room for improvements

The overall property is good, clean and the staff is supportive in overall upkeep and handling of queries. I requested special arrangements for my wife’s birthday and they did the same in my room free of charge. Our rooms were cleaned daily by taking our consent for the same proactively.

The food variety in their breakfast is almost a fixed menu, also the dinner variety was way less. I agree that the price at which the dinner buffet was offered to us, is value for money. However some more options in the same price are highly recommended. A-la-carte food was great though. The property’s front side entrance is under construction or renovation and at first sight the hotel looks deserted due to the same. Go around the back for now. The property is located 10 kilometres from the main city and around 13 kilometres from the Golden Temple. Getting cabs at night for witnessing the Prakash is a challenge.

Airport location friendly but not worth the price paid

The staff denied ordering a-la-carte menu for dinner as the buffet was served. My family did not wish to eat and didn't intend to spend money on buffet because we only wanted to eat a little meal. The staff said that ordering outside of buffet is not desirable and would take minimum 30 mins for preparation.

Breakfast was repeated no newness everyday same menu. More fruits and juice options. They should incorporate local dishes too.

The front desk associate female on the first day was very rude. She said no to everything. Making faces of loosing patience.

Below average set not suitable to the brand

Nothing special to like. For those who are to reach Amritsar Airport it is very close by. They also provide airport shuttle.. The person on reception when we reached hotel was very helping nature. Amritsari kulcha served on second day was awesome.

We checked in at 9.40 pm. Our booking was for three adults but the room was not spacious enough for three persons. After reaching the room we found there was no bed for third person and bath towel for third person. The lock applied on our bags by airline needed to be removed. By intercom telephone we requested hotel reception for all these, but no one turned up. When second time I called I was told that because it is night time we have only one staff and he is busy with some other work. For third person they converted sofa in to bed. The sofa bed was uneven and not at all comfortable. The breakfast was very average - not spreaded menu and the menu was repeating on both days. The bathroom shower water was spilling out of bath area and it was soiling the floor. It would be better if there is complete glass partition between bath area and WC. The safe in cupboard was not working as there were no batteries in it. We had to call technical team for it. He came to room, inserted the batteries and than we could put our valuables in the safe.

Great hotel, clean, polite staff and great location just before flying back home. Food was good too. Transfers include to hotel was convenient.

It was not worth the money. Limited options for breakfast… it was my birthday night… even after telling n asking them..they cudnt arrange anything on time… got a small cake that too late

ALMOST PERFECT STAY. JUST CLEAN THE ROOMS

Exceptional delicious food, womderful friendly staff, my son enjoyed the pool. Excellent welcome at the reception

Poor house keeping. The bathroom was uncleaned, full of hair from previous visitor. Second day still bathroom not well cleaned. I was angry and dissapointed.

Typisches Flughafenhotel mit allen Annehmlichkeiten und kurzem Weg zum Flughafen (inkl. Shuttle)

Typisches Flughafenhotel mit allem, was man braucht: Sehr großes, sauberes Zimmer, nur ein paar Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt, gutes Restaurant, Pool, Bar, Spa, ... Aufgrund eines gestrichenen Flugs mussten wir spontan mitten in der Nacht aufbrechen und zum Flughafen fahren. Innerhalb von wenigen Minuten stand der kostenlose Airport-Shuttle zur Verfügung und hat uns pünktlich zum Flughafen gebracht.

Overall a decent stay

The property was at a convenient location. The staff was fairly accommodating Clean pool

The rooms did not match the pictures provided or the expectation of being a radisson sub property. We had to change rooms 3 times as there was leakage of water in the room. Some of the details mentioned in the booking were unavailable like the details say that property has bathtubs which were not available in any of the rooms
