Walls paper thin so no chance of an afternoon nap as you could hear everything being said in the bar below

We hebben vooral genoten van het eten.

Het eten, diner en ontbijt, waren heerlijk! De gastheer was efficient, maar kortaf. De dame bij het diner was vriendelijk. De locatie was heel goed. De kamer was ruim en gezellig ingericht.

In onze kamer kon je de gasten uit de Pub eronder bijna letterlijk verstaan. Dus geen rustige plek om te slapen. De bedden waren erg oud en zakten door.

Excellent stay- fab location, incredible food

Lovely room, very comfortable. Great location near the High Street. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Dinner was fantastic, as was breakfast. Very good value for money. Will definitely stay again.

A warm, comfortable and welcoming old pub perfectly positioned to explore Burford. Excellent food and a very clean room.

There was no soundproofing between the room and bar area below but it is a 14th century building! Not a problem for a short stay though.

Lovely Stay during Christmas period

Friendly management and staff Homemade food was delicious Great location Hotel very warm , welcome and Christmassy

Room located the back of the hotel Better lighting required in the bathroom over the mirror. Chair required in the room near a mirror and plug socket to dry hair. Room opposite at the front of the hotel No plug socket near mirror and chair to dry hair or to provide an extension lead would be very useful.

No car park my evening meal was good but my wife's meal was very poor Think there was a store room above our room ( 3) and at night staff crashed up stairs and slammed doors for about an hour which was very disturbing

Beauty room, great location knowledgeable helpful staff. Dinner and breakfast was lovely.

Bed was so uncomfortable both myself and my daughter had sore hips in the morning because the bed was so hard, could not sleep. such a shame as loved every thing else. looked back on past reviews and found similar comments! please sort this as we would love to return.

The property was exceptionally clean. The rooms were well proportioned and very comfortable. Bathrooms were beautiful and all you needed. The food was superb. Central for Burford Town
