Nice location, 15 minutes walk to the beach. I recommend Macari beach, so San Vito Lo Capo is fulled with tourists. Maria and Giuseppe were really nice to us.
Hot Hot weather, you have to sleep with air condition turned on. Nothing else.

The apartment was very large and the kitchen/living area and main bedroom faced the sea. The views from the apartment were stunning. This apartment would be ideal for a large family or group. There were just two of us, so there was more space than we needed. It was immaculate. There was a washer and dryer as well as an outdoor clothes line which we made use of.
Maria lives on-site and was there to greet us when we arrived. She speaks English fluently. She offered suggestions to restaurants, information about the local beach and helped us whenever we needed assistance.
Perhaps adding a little stand in the kitchen to put things on as there is limited space to put groceries you buy.

Fantastic location, very friendly and helpful owners. We had a great time.

Beautiful apartment, fully furnished and equipped to stay for a long time. The location is great if you value peace and quiet and at the same time a few minutes drive away from San vito lo capo. The views from the living room and one of the bedrooms were magnificent. The hosts were amazing and very welcoming. I will definitely come back later :)
The WiFi signal was okay in the room closer to the entrance but very weak in the living room and non-existant in the furthest bedroom. Perhaps an extra router or wifi extender would do the trick.

We loved every minute of our stay at Clarissa! We stayed in the whole apartment on the first floor and it had everything that we needed and more: kitchen utensils, towels, blankets, an umbrella for the beach...
The apartment is really spacious and we found that everything was very clean and well kept. We had a terrace with an amazing view on the sea and the best sunset view. The bed is comfy and the remote area guarantees a very quiet night sleep.
But the true stars of our stay were our amazing hosts, Giuseppe and his wife Maria who made us feel as if we were not just guests, but family! When they found out that we had arrived without a car, they helped us find bikes to rent at a cheaper price, and the next day the bikes were already waiting for us outside. This is just one example, but they have been exceptional hosts, taking care of us and going out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. My boyfriend doesn't speak Italian but there was no communication issue as Maria speaks English and she also illustrated us the best places to visit around Macari. When we had some issues with our bus on the day we were leaving, she did everything she could to help us fix it and also asked us to send her a message when we arrived safely at our destination, that was really sweet!
Do not get discouraged if you don't drive, as there is a free bus up until the end of September connecting Macari to the bigger town of San Vito. There is also a cafe and a couple of restaurants in Macari, no shops but reaching San Vito with a bus or bike is not impossible. On the other hand, Macari has some truly spectacular views and if you prefer a bit wilder places over the classical tourist resort, then that's definitely the destination for you.
Nothing we didn't like, everything was perfect!

Very quiet, nice terrace, good air conditioning and friendly host. Also good as it had coffee and sugar so didn't need to buy.
Nothing to dislike

It's the best place to watch the sunset. Giuseppe is so welcoming and relaxed. The shower is perfect. Macari is a very nice village to stay.
No windows in our room (except the one in the bathroom)

The room was spotless, linen extra clean, the wifi very reliable, the view spectacular and the host exceptionally kind. She went out of her way to help out with various requests, and tried to make my stay as comfortable as possible.
Macari is an oasis of quiet and the very busy San Vito is just 10 minutes away. The beaches in Macari seemed a lot more interesting, and if you don't mind sitting on rocks rather than sand, and walking a bit to reach them, they are among the best in Sicily.

Wonderful apartment close to San Vito lo Capo and also very close to nice beaches in Macari.
It is very modern with a good air conditioning and has a very clean and new bathroom.
It is in a cute little town with the BEST pizzeria close by (Macari Cafe).
But the best is probably the owner - she is such a lovely lady, who speaks perfect English and helps you with everything! She gives great recommendations about beaches, restaurants and also gives great advice about parking/what to do in Sicily. She and her husband are very sweet people and we felt very welcome at her place. We would recommend her Casa 100% and would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! We enjoyed it so much!
