Superb

Wonderful studio apartment with full kitchen, and dining area. Newly renovated and very clean. It also has a wash machine inside, so we were able to wash some clothes and hang them on the clothes line. Roberta and her mom Sara were great. Roberta was fluent in English and gave us lots of tips, directions, of the area. The apartment is only 2 short blocks to the beach and main walking promenade. Beautiful stone beach and swimming. Lots of shops, restaurants nearby and can walk to everything. We used the kitchen to cook dinner and breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

We were on the 3rd floor, so you will need to carry luggage up a few sets of steps, but this was not a problem.

Host was a bit imposing and jumpy when due to some technical glitch my credit card was not working. Also, the price was

peaceful till there was another guests in the neighboring apartment.

There was no ironing table. No microwave.

perfect stay - super happy to found this diamond

The apartment was sparkling clean and well fitted. You find everything you need and sometimes even more, like washing machine and dishwasher. Roberta, the host, is super kind. I never met a person with such a hospitality. She introduced me to the apartment, provided me tips for the surroundings and recommended me bars and restaurant. - WHAT A FANTASTIC HOST - Thank you so much!

Complete and comfortable apartment

Roberta and her family are the sweetest, taking care of everything during your stay. the apartment is spacious, fully equipped and good location. I would certainly recommend this place when you stay in Capo d'Orlando.

A short but comfortable stay

Well located and close to the city centre and a block away from the beachfront. The apartments are located above a stationary shop in which the reception is located and it is therefore very convenient. The checkin went quick and we were accompanied to the apartment on the second floor which is reached by stairs as there is no elevator. Checkout was easy and because we left early the owner allowed us to leave the keys in the apartment. Safety didn't seem to be a problem.

The shower in our apartment was of the hand-held shower type and therefore had no fixed shower head. This can be convenient to wash off sand after a day at the beach but because of the small head and because some of the holes were blocked it was not very comfortable and soothing/relaxing. We also had to wait quite a while for the water to become hot and were getting concerned something might be wrong. It is great that the apartment has parking available but unfortunately it is a very narrow entrance to the parking and our rental car which was slightly longer than the usual length couldn't enter and we were forced to park outside in the street. Parking was however easy to find in the street and it seemed safe and was also assured of this by the owner.

Lovely apartment!!

Super nice and modern apartment with everything you need! Super close to downtown and all restaurants and bars. The host was lovely and helpful, letting me know all the places I should go to! I highly recommend this place!!
