Very nice cosy and quiet, Nicole is an excellent host and we had a great time. The house is clean, the kitchen is fully equipped and the area is very calm and well serviced. I highly recommend this place.

The assistant of the host was very nice and tried to sort our issues, but unfortunately, that wasn't enough.
First of all, the bungalows do not look like the pictures at all. We had some expectations given the photos, but we came to a dark, smelly, old little house. The furniture and facilities are very old, used and would really appreciate some care and renovating. We were basically scared to touch anything, sleep on the bed or cook in the kitchen. Bungalow was very humid, our bed sheets smelled like vinegar, the fabrics on the sofa had several stains on it, little sofa in the bedroom smelled like wet dog (which later we confirmed that some previous guest took it out on the terrace and stray dogs actually sleep on it) - as well as the sitting bag outside, where I wanted to work but the smell was too strong to do so. If they know about the stray dog issue, they should at least prevent the dogs to enter the guests' terrace - and not leave the already smelly pieces of furniture there for the next guests to use. Kitchen tap was leaking, the water did not drain the bathroom so any time we went in we stepped into a pool of water, shower pressure was very weak and there was no curtain so everything in the bathroom was wet all the time...Window mosquito nets had many holes in, so kind of useless. The fans were so dusty we didn't even want to turn them on. We were disgusted by the kitchen, eg. found mouldy chopsticks by the cutlery, we didn't even want to cook. We stayed for 13 nights as there wasn't any other free accommodation on the island and we were leaving with mould in our suitcase and bagpacks...

Tropical Home is a tropical paradise.. The house is modern, comfortable and cozy, just close to Hing Kong and surounded by a lovely forest. Nicole the manager is lovely and provided us everything we needed.. It was an amazing place for the 30 days we stayed there!

Very spacious home with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and bathroom. Super thoughtful host that left fruits on the table :) and was quick to respond all my requests. There are board games, 2 snorkeling masks and a small private garden outside. Be ware of mosquitoes, can be quite a lot during the morning and evening. Otherwise great stay, peaceful location - you do need a scooter to go around.

Antonio and Filippo were extraordinarily friendly and made us really feel at home. The house has everything you can wish for, a nice balcony with hammock, a clean kitchen and bathroom, A/C, more than enough room for storage and to hang out. We really enjoyed our stay and would always come back. Thank you guys so much for such an awesome start to life in Koh Phangan :)
