Idyllische Unterkunft in guter Lage

Ein süßes kleines Bungalow mit einer schönen naturnahen Lage, ruhiger Umgebung und sehr nettem Personal. Wir wurden nach einer langen Anreise mit einer kühlen Kokosnuss empfangen und uns wurden Tipps und Empfehlungen für die Insel gegeben. Der Service war wirklich 1A. Wir haben einen Roller über die Unterkunft gemietet, unsere Wäsche waschen lassen und die nächste Fähre gebucht. Alles hat einfach sehr gut funktioniert und war extrem herzlich.

Wie überall wird kein Siphon verwendet, so dass es meistens etwas strenger aus dem Badezimmer riecht.

Espectacular ,el mejor lugar de la isla 🔑🤩

Alojamiento lo mejor que hemos estado en thailandia.Nada más llegas te reciben con un coco,y te explican que hacer en la isla con tu mapa. El bungalow era muy bonito y muy cómodo,tenía todo lo necesario.Me encantó el olor de las sábanas y toallas parece una tontería pero olía a limpio y todos los días. El desayuno es impresionante la calidad y cantidad y el café expreso buenísimo,. Es una familia que te ayudan en todo ,le alquilamos la moto y puedo asegurar que fue la mejor moto que hemos alquilado en toda thailandia y cuando fuimos a devolverla nos dijo el dueño una persona amable con una sonrisa siempre que hasta el día siguiente que no nos marchábamos nos la quedáramos. Sin duda volveremos a la isla de ko kood y volveremos a alojarnos con vosotros,conocimos a gente que estaban en otros hoteles y le comentábamos todo y se arrepentían de no haber cojido uno como el nuestro,sin duda les daba más de un 10😊😊. Muchas gracias por hacernos las vacaciones tan cercanas y que hemos estado como en nuestra casa.

Eine Woche im Paradies

Sehr schöne Anlage in einem Palmenhain. Sympathischer Familienbetrieb Die 2 lieben Doggies. Frühstücksqualität für den Preis recht gut. Die Nähe zu netten Restaurants. Die Küche im Resort ist auch sehr gut. Buchen normalerweise höherwertig. Aber hier fühlen wir uns super wohl. Hauseigener Roller wird bei Bedarf sofort geliefert. Unserer war sogar Nagelneu. Vielen Dank für alles.

Die Armaturen im Bad könnten etwas neuer sein. Aber reicht, alles bestens.

Quietness and calm in Coconut garden

The breakfast, the kindness of the owner, the quietness, the free map with main landmarks, the coffee and pancakes, the hammock on the balcony, everything is well thought to make the stay enjoyable.

It is a bit far from the beach.

Assolutamente consigliato

La struttura e' pulita e molto ben tenuta , si tratta di una serie di bungalows all'interno di una magnifica piantagione di palme da cocco con una costruzione all'ingresso che serve da reception e sala per colazioni e ristorante . Il proprietario , Lip , e' un ragazzo molto cordiale sempre allegro e disponibile . Tutto lo staff (la famiglia) e' sorridente ed estremamente educato .....veramente complimenti . Abbiamo cenato da loro e la qualità' e' ottima con prezzi in linea con il resto dell'isola. Il bungalow e' spazioso ma non grandissimo , ben organizzato. Ottimo il condizionatore e il ventilatore , un po' piccolino il frigo . Il letto e i cuscini non male. lo scooter che ho affittato da loro (300 bat al giorno) era nuovo e perfettamente funzionante come il resto del parco mezzi. La posizione della struttura e' ottimale per ogni spostamento sull'isola anche se non direttamente sulla spiaggia . Considerate che a Koh Kood se volete veramente vedere le meravigliose spiagge e il resto (cascate , punti di interesse ecc ) dovete muovervi in scooter . Nelle vicinanze ,anche raggiungibili a piedi, bar , ristoranti , bazar ecc. La colazione e' buona ed abbondante anche se un po' monotona . Purtroppo non c'e' la possibilità di avere dolci tipo croissant o latte e cappuccino, ma sull'isola solo due bar servono colazione all'italiana.

Se proprio dovessi trovare un difetto e' l'insonorizzazione dei bungalow . Alcune notti le civette ( penso fossero loro ) facevano un po' troppo baccano e i galli onnipresenti nell'isola cantano dalle 03.00 alle 09.00 di mattina ....qualcuno dovrebbe dirgli che il gallo normalmente canta solo all'alba , LOL. Lo stesso vale se i vostri vicini sono un po' troppo allegri o chiacchieroni , noi per fortuna in 8 notti non abbiamo avuto particolari problemi .

Lovely spot close to restaurants with great staff.

Lovely location in a coconut grove. The owner/manager was so friendly and helpful. Was great to be able to hire bikes from the property.

Heavenly. Perfection.

Coconuts are arrival were a nice refreshing touch. Best of both worlds because although you’re not on the beach you are close by and a motorcycle takes you everywhere and then and then back home to your coconut grove. Lit at front reception is very helpful and his English skills are amazing! Fresh espresso and the breakfast is amazing! Central location. My only suggestion is yo allow VISA card payment and it was near perfect! Room was cool on arrival! Perfection!

Location, food & staff all amzing. Stop scrolling and book this gem of a homestay in Koh Kood.

Where to start?! Amazing location, the fresh & COLD coconuts on arrival, the delicious daily breakfast (the best breakfast we had on the island over our two week stay) and espresso coffee, the helpful and relaxed owner, comfortable beds, amazing daily housekeeping (such an eye for detail) which was so welcomed when travelling with our 3 and 1 yr old and last but not least the dinner menu at the restaurant. OMG food was so delicious and reasonably priced. We loved the chicken green curry and chicken schnitzel. Thanks for having us, we love Koh Kood.

Clean, peaceful, nice, and safe resort, close to a beautiful beach (Had Klong Jao), nice hosts

The room is clean and beautiful. The owners and staffs were very helpful and nice. We enjoyed good times there with P’Boy, N’Noona 😄 They provided nice breakfast. They have motorcycles for rent which is very convenient for us.

Relaxed peaceful stay in a beautiful environment

location was set in a beautiful coconut grove and was about a 15 min walk to one of the best beaches on the island , during the walk to the beach we passed some excellent seafood restaurants which we ate dinner at later . The host was fantastic and greeted us with a fresh coconut to drink and gave us all the information regarding the best spots to visit on the island and rented us automatic bikes which were needed to travel round the Island . A great breakfast was also given which had a delicious choice of Thai and westerns options which all came with fresh ground coffee and freshly cut pineapple and water melon .

great location! lovely host who greets you with a coconut on arrival and helps you with your bags and shoes you to your hut directly. AC was amazing as was the bathroom, comfy bed, great pillows, and amazing hammock for an evening chill outside after a day at the beach.

A nice place with a friendly owner in the coconut garden :)

We loved our brief stay here, the owner is very nice and helpful. He welcomed us with a fresh coconut, very fitting for the name :) The bungalows are nice, lots of detail put into them.

The mattress was okay, for a few nights it would be no problem.

Superb

The owner and the staff were very nice. The location is good, you can get everywhere quickly with a scooter. The bed wasp comfortable and the room was clean.

I would have liked towels for the beach and a change of the pineapple in the morning for breakfast to watermelon or dragonfruit sometimes.

From the first moment we felt more than welcome in Suan Maprao. But then we discovered that everything was just perfect..the room, the strategic position ,the beautiful garden with the cutest cats and dog, the delicious breakfast and coffee and most of all the big smile and the kindness of the owner. Many many thanks for everything!!!

Great value for money at a good location!

Very friendly staff! Great breakfast and good value for your money. Located conveniently on the island and great to explore with a motor bike. Second time staying here :)

Would be great to have a water tank to refill your personal water bottle instead of getting plastic small bottles everyday.

Mr. Lith, Noona and whole family create amazing family atmosphere, nothing is impossible, food is like in home (OK-Thai home 😊) - you have to be careful, big portions but it’s hard to stop eat. Bungalows are surrounded by palm forest, It’s very silent. 20 minutes walking to the nice beach with convenience shops and restaurant’s on the way. For the island trip Mr Lith will organize bicycles rent, or car with good driver. Thanks to Mr Lith family Koh Kood became for us a real Paradise Island – very very big thank you.

Basically we liked everything from the first to the last moment. The owner/manager is the kindest guy in the world, we welcomed us with two fantastic cononuts to drink. The room is very nice and cozy, the bed is the most comfortable I have had in my 4 long trips to Thailand including 5 stars grand hotels in Bangkok. The breakfast is very nice, you can choose between 3 different menus. The rooms is provided with very good air conditioning system, fright, ventilator, tv. White sheets on the bed which is not common at all in Thailand, together with daily cleaning of the room. The room smells good, it is spotless clean. The resort is situated inside a beautiful and huge garden where one can take relaxing walks. Scooters are available for the standard price of 250Baht/day. Transfers to trat, trat Airport, laem Sok or other islands can be easily organized at reception. The position of the resort is very good, close to a wonderful beach and just besides the best restaurant in the island called Black Banana. The atmosphere in the resort is always relaxing and friendly, the staff will make sure that you get whatever you need. Prices are in line with the local offer for similar accommodations. We were very sorry to leave and we strongly recommend you to go there without hesitation.

Great place with amazing atmosphere

This place is amazing - great staff, great food, great atmosphere. The resort is 10 min walk from the nearest beach. For others you need to have a scooter - you can rent one from the owner for 250 baht/day. The place is quiet and peaceful. In the beginning I was supposed to stay just for three nights, but I liked it so much that I decided to extend my stay. The restaurant in the resort is open from 6 pm to 8 pm and serves amazing Thai food. I strongly recommend this place for a stay on Koh Kood. I would definitely come back again.

The passenger boat dropped us off at the wrong pier but the owner sent a vehicle to pick us up, no problem. Excellent breakfast every day and room cleaned every day too. Really helpful owner and his family. Rented a motorbike from them and they also arranged to transfers back to the airport for us. Excellent location, not on the beach but that doesn't matter at all.

PERFECT GETAWAY

The owner made our stay like HOME! He is really friendly and helpful. We arrived late because of the boat accident but he offered us free motorbike rent for the first day. He made our welcome drink with fresh coconut which if you want to buy from the outside, you better pay around 50 thb. Fresh coffee from the machine, you can get it for free every breakfast and he offered us more even though the breakfast time is over!

Wifi is only available with a strong connection near the lobby if you stay at the bungalow too far like room 6, better use your own 4G signal.

Wonderful stay & Wonderful host

Everything was just great. The check-in process was easy and they welcomed us with fresh coconuts. Aircon worked well and wifi was strong. They provide motorbike rental and delivery to your room door. Hammock and chairs on the porch are appreciated for an afternoon hang out. Short drive to the best beach on the island and Klong Chao waterfall is close by. The breakfast was plentiful and there are various options to choose from.
