Lovely winter getaway

Lovely accommodation in a quiet spot with a beautiful view of horses in the paddock. Loved the fireplace and had everything we needed for our stay. Thank you to the owners for being kind and welcoming. We will definitely be back!

Bed was large and comfy

Only 2 coffee satchels for 3 nights, no shampoo/conditioner and bed was in lounge room, filled up the spa and heaps of hair come out blowers

Rex on the farm

Great location. Dog was fascinated with the various animals. Cabin had plenty of room and very comfortable. Will stay again.

Beautiful property with animals and birds. Cute, comfortable cottage with board games etc

Stove top needs repair, with one of the plates being wobbly. Could also use a safety switch as well, considering families with young kids.

Great place a relaxed family getaway!!

Very clean & cozy. Great place for a family getaway. Easy access to restaurants, attractions etc.

Was a bit disappointed when I noticed we had one of the cottages with no spa . However I should have probably checked beforehand and requested one with, I guess.

It was a beautiful location, gorgeous scenery, birds and the rooms were stunning and well-decorated.

The only improvement I could recommend is more tea bags and cold water jug prepared in the fridge on arrival.

Good for a short break

Peaceful place for a break from the city. Cottage had all the facilities and was cosy in a great location surrounded by trees birds and a few farm animals. Birds singing at dawn and the clear night sky and the fresh cooler mountain air was great.

Mossies. Would have liked to have been warned to bring repellent or have more things like mossies coils, repellent or citronella candles on hand.

Simple and affordable place that was clean

Spacious and clean. Loved the fact there were horses and other animals for the kids. Good location and close to everything

Nice cottages and location.

The cottages were nice, neat and clean. The animals on the property were a bonus. The seed for the local birds was a nice touch.

There were a couple of little maintenance things that could be addressed.

Peaceful romantic couples getaway in a picturesque location.

Very peaceful and picturesque setting. The cabin is private and cozy. Good basic facilities, with a very comfortable bed, big spa bath and nice fireplace. The host was very attentive and delivered firewood to our door on a raining cold night. Great for romantic couples getaways.

Few small items need a bit of a tidy up, but its clear the new owners are tackling these as a priority.

Great location, peaceful and quiet. The birds, chooks and horses around were loved by the kids. Cleaner was very accommodating with our early arrival. Lovely lady.

Maintenance needed with taps in the bathroom making very loud noises when turned on. Gardens could do with a clean up

Everything! An amazing, peaceful location for a weekend getaway. Amazing food & coffee shops close by. Lots of different birds visit the cottage each morning. Definitely worth the drive 😊

Amazing, peaceful and relaxing. The cottage is simply amazing and we loved how secluded it was.

Loved how beautifully quaint the property was and how private it was. It was just lovely.

The parking was a little painful as you can’t park near the cottage. Apart from that there is nothing else that we didn’t like.

Overall we had a really lovely time, it was a wonderful little getaway for us.

The scenery was absolutely beautiful and it was really nice to have cockatoos feed from the balcony, our daughter loved it, and she also loved the friendly chickens. The bedding was immaculate. The fireplace was great and warmed up the entire place.

The kitchen unfortunately let the place down, we had ants crawling on the bench tops pretty much the entire time. We put all our food in the fridge and we cleaned up everything immediately after eating/cooking and it was still happening.

Great location, great food places locally, but no hospitality at the venue.

Nice setting, tidy grounds, room clean.

The host was very abrupt and appeared to not really like guests. We have been there before and check in was at the main house, the new owners have a process that you go straight to the cottage. We were unaware of this, & I was abruptly told that we had received an email. I hadn't seen the email instructions. Then the window in the bathroom, needed a special tool to close. We couldn't locate it in the unit and the hosts abrupt attitude on arrival certainly didn’t facilitate any desire to ask for support. We ended up going to the local hardware store to purchase a tool to close it and to buy firewood, as there were about 5 pieces supplied for a 2 night stay.

Highly Recommend for 1-2people & pets

Pet friendly - Really enjoyed being able to stay with my dog. Location - So close to shops & activities, such as bushwalk trails, but still far enough away to escape from the busy lifestyle. Breakfast Hamper - Lovely fresh produce & variety. Great value for price. King size bed - Sooooo big. Sooooo comfortable.
