Mala relación precio calidad. Falta de atención

La ubicación frente a un supermercado Tesco. Que tenga Lavarropas. Que tenga 2 baños. El equipamiento completo que tiene el apartamento.

No me gusto que no coincidan las fotos de Booking.com con la realidad. No me gusto el ingreso. El hall estaba lleno de basura con muy mal olor. Nos hicieron esperar hasta las 16:00 sin poder dejar el equipaje y cuando ingresamos había una señora limpiando que no entendía el idioma y nos entregó el apartamento a las 18:00 hs. Excelente Booking.com que nos reconoció este inconveniente con un reintegro de dinero. Pero de parte del apartamento no hay nadie con quien se pueda hablar. No existe una recepción personal. Solo nos dejaron una llave. No tiene buena relación precio calidad. Hemos pagado mucho por lo que ofrecen.

Overall, it was a very good stay and I would strongly recommend this place. Ideally situated and very accessible.

This property is ideally situated having multiple attractions within walking distance. Also, very close to London bridge underground and train station.

There were a few things that needed to be fixed. Specially the windows would not close completely. This meant we had to sleep with all the noise from the street and surrounding apartments. It will wake you up in the middle of the night.

Bedding was good but hospitality was not up to the expectations

Location is great! Bedding was clean and good.

No hospitality arrangements done. No kitchen towels. No hand soap. No carpets or bath mats in the bathrooms. Windows won’t close. Not even UHT milk to make tea on arrival. Sofa position to TV is not great. No table mats.

great location clean and nicely decorated spacious and comfortable view of The Shard

- would be nice if there are bar soaps in bathrooms and hand/paper towels in kitchen - would be perfect if standard check-out time be changed from 10:00am to 11:00am like others

Moderm well located but not value for money

I enjoyed the location and proximity to the underground as well as the sights. apartment was modern with well designed bathrooms and kitchen. I enjoyed the heated towel racks in the bathrooms and the functional kitchen.

we stayed for 6 nights. We were given very limited supplies of washing tabs and toilet rolls that was probably meant to last 3 days. main bedroom radiator didn’t work, was reported to them but nothing was done to rectify.

great space and great location

gas stopped working and technician had to come 2-3 hrs later. Bedroom windows next to busy street which made it hard to sleep at night as noise isolation was not great.

Tooley Apartment

The location was excellent with access to the London BridgeTube Station very nearby amd lots of cafes around and Tesco just opposite to the apartment.

The lift didn't operate after the first 2 days of our stay so it was a hassle for the remaining days as you expect to have the lift operational after a day long excursion.

Excellent property. Highly recommend. Will definitely stay there again if possible.

Very central. Booking in and out was very easy. Good instructions on how to get there and obtain keys. Communication from property was quick when we had questions. Apartment was quiet even though it’s a busy street.

Check out was a little early.

I ordered a cot for my 2 year old, a travel cot was provided with no mattress and no bedding, just a hard wooden bottom. when I contacted the provider I was advised this was correct and they would not provide anything further due to health and safety. the attitude was poor, the flat itself is falling apart and covered in stains. I would advise this place for the location but the operator and property is of a very bad standard.

Overall, very good, and we would choose it again.

Fantastic location in busy but feel-safe area from which you get everywhere quickly and easily. Great view of the Shard from the terrace. Clean, spacious apartment, exactly as pictured on the photos, very well equipped.

The shower in one of the bathrooms was a bit loose. Hot water was not running the first day on our arrival but was fixed quickly after contacting the owner.

Great location, apartment is spacious

Apartment is not well ventilated and smells damp, feels like there may be mould in the apartment. Hot water wasn’t working during our stay, called the management and they asked if I knew where the boiler is🤔 - It’s your apartment, you should tell me where the boiler is. The managers did not turn up to fix the boiler until we left to look for a more comfortable accommodation.

From check-in to check-out; the experience was easy and welcoming!

Location location location! Having 2 bathrooms was an absolute bonus!

There was really nothing to dislike. If you're not a city person, do not book here. The street vibe was lively, busy and really awesome!
