Satisfatória

O quarto é amplo, a cama é grande e confortável e o quarto era silencioso. Café da manhã bom e com boa variedade.

O quarto não tinha TV e a localização não é muito boa porque fica no final de uma rua escura e com muito buracos nos 10 metros que dão acesso a entrada do hotel.

Adoramos o atendimento dos funcionários (todos), muito solícitos e educados.

Poderia melhorar a estrutura dos banheiros, como do quarto e o de apoio, principalmente os chuveiros.

De absolutamente nada.Nao foi essa pousada que reservamos.propaganda completamente enganosa.Atencao Booking para o critério de classificação das pousadas e investigar essas avaliações que acabam nós enganando.( Uma ressalva para o atendimento humano: pessoas gentis e educadas.Muito bons profissionais)

Não gostei da pousada em si.Propaganda enganosa: preço absurdo , café da manhã desrespeitoso( segundo dia , muito pior,pois era o que sobrou do dia anterior) Ressalva para as meninas na cozinha que são atenciosas e educadas)

Great place to rest, exceptional value for the money! Will go back there.

It is simple, but well organized and clean! It is located by the Preguiça River, and is cooler than the downtown area.

The entrance for the building was not great, but it is the city’s responsibility to fiz it!

Ótima estadia.

O pessoal da recepção são muito educados e tenta fazer o possivel para te ajudar. Não poderia deixar de relatar que tivemos um ocorrido na nossa estadia e eles fizeram o possivel para sanar o problema, o poste do hotel pegou fogo e a equipe estava demorando para ir ligar a energia e eles mandaram a gente para ir para outro hotel, então pra gente da parte da recepção do hotel foi de sumar importancia, pois mostra o quantos eles se importa com os hospedes. Não deixou a gente desamparados.

Sentimos falta de uma televisão no quarto.

Pousada simples mas, perfeita. Voltaria e recomendo.

Localização perfeita, fundos para o Rio Preguiça. Possui uma área de descanso com espreguiçadeiras. Disponibilizam caiaque e uma bóia para usar no rio. O rio na área da pousada é raso, dá pra aproveitar bem mesmo quem não saiba nadar. O café da manhã é simples e sem muitas opções, mas montado com muito zelo.

Não tem tv nos quartos.

+ very nice common area at the river, nicely decorated + great breakfast with many options + friendly and helpful staff

- basic rooms - 15 mins walk to the main street, there is nothing in the streets around the pousada, no restaurant, no shop

Breakfast is very good, friendly staff and nice river view

No restaurants in the area, downtown is more than a km walk in but dark area. at night would be recommended to take a taxi. The window in the room only had wooden covers, no glass or mosquito net, so you either need to close your window fully (no sunlight in the room) or fully open but waste of AC and free entrance for mosquitos inside. would be great to have at least a mosquito net.

Fantastic place to stay.

The staff went out of their way to make you feel welcome Kind, friendly but still professional. You just don’t get this level of customer service in larger establishments. Thank you for making my stay very memorable. 😊

A well located hotel with some of the best staff you can find

Nicely located and with a supportive staff. They helped us with everything we needed. The location also offers kayak rentals to enjoy the river.

Being that close to the river means that there will be a lot of mosquitos. Fortunetely the staff lent us a zapper tennis racket so we could get rid of them.

A wonderful little place

The staff was amazing, helped with everything with nothing but kindness. We felt at home and wish we could stay much more (we meant to stay one night and stayed three). The place was clean and cozy, made us feel at home. It has a private entry to the river and free kayaks, the best place we've been and hope to come back! Ps. A special thanks to Ricardo, a wonderful worker that made us feel comfortable the whole stay:)

Relax and swim in the river!

directly at the river beach so you can swim in the refreshing water which is awesome. the staff is fantastic and friendly. the rooms are clean and spacious. the breakfast is delicious with home made tapioca and fresh juices. very lovely decorated to relax. only 10 min walk or 15BRS taxi of 5mins to port where all the tourists are and the boats leave :)
