Convenient location, clean and comfortable
Outside my window there were some noisy people.
Loud music and voices until midnight.

Location good, staff very helpful
Bed was very low to the ground and a bit uncomfortable. Took a bit of time to check in. Felt like they weren't prepared which rushed us for our event.

Extremely Loud music until midnight Friday and Saturday nights.

although old - it has had ongoing renovations, we had king single beds too.
the restaurant served really good meals
would have like a chair or two to sit down on, or 3ven a general lounge.
BUT - the noise from the bar downstairs was utterly u7nacceptable.

The staff were wonderful.
Cold shower 2nd night. Lack of access to a fridge.
Car badly damaged by a break-in in the car park.

Communal showers and bathrooms were bad and downstairs played music all night disturbing our sleep!! Horrible place. Wouldn’t stay again

the seafood platter we had
hard beds, sheets with marks on them, dust on stairwell handrail, showers Luke warm and no pressure but worst experience was ceiling leak in our room that soaked clothes and caused an annoying drip all night. no one around at checkout to talk about this and no answer to phone calls

Staff were awesome and facilities were great. The entertainment at the hotel was fantastic - live band and DJ

Sammy was fabulous. toilets were disgusting. shower curtain was bit smelly. our bedroom stank,of old cigarettes and general grottiness not enough bedding and we were cold.
Dirty toilets and shower, just because the place is very old, it doesn’t have to be so stale. bedrooms need soundproofing from bar below. obviously a very popular place but shouldn’t be for accommodation.

The bar staff were so lovely! would go back purely for their hospitality.
Fans were supplied for each room which was great seen it was really hot.
aside from the cockroach and sheets, the hotel was very clean.
I had stained sheets. the top sheet and bottom sheet had yellow stains over them. Hotel was shut so no one available to change them.
the stairs you need to climb in the dark when hotel is shut is extremely dangerous. I wouldn’t want to do that again.
a huge cockroach in toilets 😟

Nothing. I felt it was overpriced for what was offered.
No reception to book in at. Room layout bad and lacking chairs etc. No book/folder with information. When I asked girl at bar for wifi password, I was told to wait for manager, she made no effort to contact her and I was left standing at bar. The noise from music in the bar until midnight made listening to TV impossible or get to sleep early. Shared shower took 10 minutes for hot water to run and little space to get dressed.
