Superb

Very helpful and kind staff, we needed to print out something and it was not a problem. I also like these little details like a welcome note and welcome drink. Room had AC, was spacious enough. Location is very convenient.

Exceptional

It's a small cosy modern hotel in the very heart of Yerevan. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The room was spacious. The air conditioning functioned well, which was important in summer in Yerevan. The breakfast was very good, one can order an omelette at his/her choice. The location is great: in the center of the city, all main attractions within walking distance. I definitely recommend the hotel for a comfortable stay in the Armenian capital.

Great service; genuine smiles1

Excellent service; great breakfast spread; welcoming receptionist and cleaners. They also had umbrellas for people to use at their leisure. Just minute details to attention that went above and beyond in all categories.

great location and value

I really enjoyed the hotel, room was very nice and quite, the hotel staff was very friendly, really did liked that room had everything needed, even the toothbrush and toothpaste. The hotel located very central. the breakfast was very nice, thought would be very nice if there would be some vegan milk options

the WiFi did work good, but sometimes the signal was not that good (I’m very spoiled as coming from Latvia with the second fastest internet in Europe)

Could be better (room #302)

Excellent loction, friendly staff, cosy room equipped with everything you may need. Very good breakfast

Very annoying sound from the ventilation in the room 302. Technician said that the reason is the gas in the aircon system and the sound will disappear when the air conditioner is turned on. It worked but then we had to keep the temperature above 24 degrees that was really hot. We asked to change the room but got refused. WiFi connection speed was terrible, services got disconnected all the time, so finally I had to switch to cellular to be able to read mails etc. Here's an example - https://www.speedtest.net/my-result/i/5491978574

That was the second time we stayed in this hotel. There won't be a third time

Room too small .No place to put our clothes .We stayed one week and had to keep our clothes in our cases. Air conditionning much too noisy. Impossible to have a piece of bread on Sunday January 1st ( all was closes in Erevan) The staff simply said no. Room not cleaned the second night

I looked forward to coming to my room every night. It was truly a wonderful stay.

The room and bathroom was extremely clean. The housekeeping staff did a very good job cleaning daily. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room.. The breakfast was good and the staff was very attentive. Great location and easy access to the city.

More options for breakfast especially for persons who don’t eat certain meat. The mattress could have been 1 instead of 2 joined together

Perfect location - very central Modern, recently renovated rooms Cleanliness Staff generally courteous Comfy beds Good value

The room setup - the bathroom is separated from the room by a frosted glass door, so you can see your partner’s shape on the toilet… No toilet brush - really? Breakfast options could be better. Also, the “omelette” menu is confusing and should be redesigned. And what’s that about charging extra for a latte?! It may have been our bad luck with the neighbours, but it was just so noisy… kept waking up to loud conversations in the adjacent rooms at like 4-5am.

Was an easy place to stay and a great location for all central sites and touring around

I didn't want for anything extra in my room, and the staff were ready to provide me anything that I needed extra

Comfortable room, friendly staff, good breakfast, great location

The room is modern with a comfortable bed and brand new bathroom. The staff are friendly and efficient (one of the lights in the bathroom was flickering and they had it changed in 3 minutes!). The hotel location is right between Sayat Nova and Tumanyan, so you're always 5 minutes away from a restaurant, cafe, pub... very strategic location. Also, the breakfast is very good, with fresh vegetables and fruits, and a wide range of options from eggs to sausages to cold cuts. Very good boutique hotel. Highly recommended.

The room is slightly small, and the minibar was inside the closet which made the entire closet slightly warm. Also, the breakfast buffet didn't have any labels for the food which was confusing sometimes. But these are minor comments.

Nice hotel

Very nice staff, always helpful and very communicative even before our arrival. Amazing breakfast. Very clean rooms and bathrooms. Located close to the center.

Poor soundproofing, you can hear everything your neighbors are saying. The view on all sides of the hotel is not nice.

super small depressing room. No place to hang your clothes (there was a “closet” but it was full of a safe and other objects so you couldn’t use it. no space to move around in the room.

Excellent hotel

Excellent location. Hotel was very clean and had everything you needed for a stay. Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. I will definitely be staying in Nova hotel on my next visit to Yerevan, it was my first time in Yerevan and I was blown away at how beautiful the city was.

Great spot in Yerevan, modern and stylish rooms and great value for money - perfect location in the centre of the city, very convenient. Staff was absolutely wonderful, extremely welcoming and helpful 👍
