Stefano was so accomodating. You could not ask for a better host. He messaged us early in the day to let us know the room was ready. We arrived later in the afternoon and he showed us around and gave us some dinner suggestions, even offering to book for us. He has a fridge available to guests with drinks at a VERY reasonable rate! The breakfast spread he put on was more than you could ask. The lemon cake was morish!
Upon leaving Stefano pointed us in the right direction for parking to watch the 1000 Miglia.
Thank you Stefano for your amazing hospitality and introducing us to your beautiful dogs.

Wonderful host offering good clean rooms and great breakfast. Best coffee we had in weeks.
Noise transfer between rooms; not a problem though if guests are considerate of others.

We would highly recommend to stay here!!! Beautiful property, clean and pretty rooms, quite location, amazing coffee and cakes for breakfast and only couple minutes drive from Siena. Everything was perfect, but undoubtedly the best part was our host, Stefano!!! He immediately treated us as family and took a very good care of us. He is amazing and we feel like we found a new friend who we will visit again and again. :)

A very warm welcome and authentic Italian hospitality by Stefano, dog and baby friendly property. Very good value for money if you don’t mind staying a 10 min car trip away from Siena’s center. Delicious pastries and cakes for breakfast :).

Our host Stefano made our stay so much easier. He thinks of anything he can do to make his guests trip easier. He goes 150%.
Always cheerful and easy going. The room though small was expansive with the terrace.
can hear between the rooms.

The room we stayed in is beautiful and very spacious. It was very pleasant to stay in it, especially it was pleasant to sleep.
In terms of room content, it had everything we could imagine.
Everything was very, very clean.
The bedding was of very high quality material, the towels lovely soft.
Stefano runs this business extremly good, he is a great and very kind, on servise for everything you need.
I have to underline- everything is very well organized. 10/10 from us.
We truly LOVED everything.
We just have small advice for people who visit Italy for first time- for breakfast Italians served sweet food, don't expect anything continental. (I believe that is a domestic thing)
And also FYI - Stefano’s sweet breakfast is incredibly delicious 😊

Steffano was the perfect host
nothing it was all excellent

The property only has 5 rooms so it’s very quiet and spacious. Car is secured in a gated parking. Breakfast was an array of pastries with very good coffee. The host Stefano went above and beyond on so many levels, it was like staying at a favorite relative’s guest house. If I can give more than 10 stars, I would!
Nothing we didn’t like.

Everything was good. Stefan was friendly. Thanks!
The location was quite and a bit far from Siena,
so you should probably have a car if you want to stay there.

Stefano is the perfect host: kind, attentive and willing to help and suggest options. The House and the room were simply homy, clean and comfortable. I had no time to chill in the pool but It seemed to be great! At night it is quiet, perfect to have a good rest and get ready for a superb sweet breakfast. Tante grazie Stefano per tutto! Spero di tornare!
Everything was ok, so I have no complaints!

Stephanie was a wonderful host and made us feel so welcome. The rooms were comfortable and the location was perfect. Out of the city but close enough to visit.

Wow, what a great and pretty place to stay. Stefano was a fantastic host. He clearly loves what he does and offered us a lot of help as foreigners (he clearly likes working with people), but without being overbearing in any way. We really liked our room. Just watch out for those mosquitoes!
We really enjoyed having access to a pool in an Italy hit by several heatwaves!
If I have to say something, it's that you need to commute to place of interest, but we chose to be a little bit further away. The bus stops in the vicinity don't run that regularly, and there aren't any shops nearby: This means, you can't buy bus tickets at a typical tabacchi and there's no grocery store or restaurants nearby. Still, we knew the latter and didn't mind it. Stefano is obviously aware of the transportation challenge and had spare bus tickets that he gave to us for free to go into the city the next day. So, to be honest, we couldn't complain about anything.

Stefano was one of the best host I've ever had. Caring, kind and attentive. The room was really nice and the bed super comfy. We did not use the pool but it looked amazing. And the place itself looked beautiful, and was very clean. I would totally recommend this accomodation to anyone.
Everything was perfect, maybe breakfast options could include more non-sweet options, but apart from that, it was a great experience
