Absolutely fabulous! Most of my previous 5-star reviews should be a 4 now, or this a 6! Wonderful people, lovely facilities and a very convenient location. We loved the spacious room, lovely welcome gifts, and the morning breakfast set us up perfectly for the day. Off street parking is a bonus, and the easy walk to town means parking up and enjoying your evening is easy. Do not hesitate. It's wonderful!!

Nicely renovated hotel at the edge of Valdobbiadene run by fabulous people. Great breakfast, car charger, spa/sauna and picnic in the wine yard
Replacing the unpractical shower faucet and too hard pillows and would be a big plus. Promotion price was not confirmed to booking.com and generally on the pricier side.

The breakfast was great with local produce made by the owners themselves....

Breakfast was amazing every day as was the staff. The location at first seemed too far away but that impression was wrong. A lovely 10 minute walk and one was at the town square. A great place.

breakfast was very nice and location was perfect.
we paid for a room with a private pool. when we enquired about using the pool we were told we would have to book it as it is part of the spa. On arrival to the spa we were told there would be an extra charge for the spa. My husband was speechless when told that it was 100 euros. As the room was a gift from my parents we paid the 100 euros as we didn't feel we had a choice. My Mum was horrified when she found out that we paid the extra 100 euros for something that was advertised as part of the room rate. The main reason she booked this room was because of the private pool which she thought would be something we would enjoy in the depths of winter!!!!

We had the best time here. The location was excellent and within walking of wineries and restaurants. The room was very clean, thoughtful, and we enjoyed the Prosecco. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was divine and offered many products of their own (homemade jam and fresh orange juice). We will definitely be returning and highly recommend for access to Prosecco road.

This place was SO cute! Great sized room and bathroom. Lots of thoughtful details. Coffee maker and mini-fridge (with waters and a bottle of their own delicious prosecco!). Truly wonderful breakfast!! Very clean and comfortable. Parking inside a gate. Staff is very friendly, welcoming, and helpful with recommendations! Highly recommend and would happily stay there again.
Wifi was not great, but we didn't find that to be a big deal. Just a note: it is RIGHT across from a church and the bells start ringing a 7am. So if that will be an issue maybe this isn't the place for you. Or bring earplugs! But it didn't really bother us. Location is a little far to walk to many places, but we were planning to drive around the area anyway, so this was not an issue for us.

Honestly, everything about this stay was perfect and I can't think of a single aspect that could be improved. Absolutely wonderful hosts/staff in a beautiful, quiet, and safe area. The pristine room was extremely spacious and fully equipped as described on the website, including comfortable bed and bedding - ideal sleeping conditions are always my biggest concern during travels! Walking or cycling throughout the area is quite reasonable for anyone willing to be outdoors. Strongly recommend this property to anyone interested in visiting the area, and don't forget to refill your water at the fresh fountain flowing outside in the square.

Wonderful place, we liked everything :) delicious breakfast, very friendly staff/owners, all necessary equipment in the room, available parking spaces on the fenced area. A bottle of delicious prosecco in the fridge, earplugs (vis-à-vis the church bell tower).
Restaurants, wineries (I recommend The Fasol Menin Winery) are just a few minutes away on foot.

Lovely spot. Clean and exceptionally well renovated. Excellent breakfast. Special thanks for the complementary prosecco bottle.
