Ei vastaa hintaa-laatua

Sijainti hyvä ja parveke näkymä satamaan

Kuvat eivät vastaa todellisuutta, muut kuvat saavat vaikutelman että appartments on siistejä ja hyvin sisustettuja. Sohva ei tullut auki, todella huono selälle nukkua. Paveke pölyinen ja huonekalut halpaa laatua kupruilleet, ei mattoja yms.

Great place (with eye shades!)

Outstanding location. Big, comfortable bed. Spacious. Quiet. Secure. In building parking. Good Wifi/Netflix on TV. Washing machine. Dishwasher. Fan (in lieu of a/c).

PLEASE get black-out curtains! Note to future renters: Host will send multiple photos to explain key retrieval and parking. Study them all before arrival. I only saw 1 on Booking.com messages (in a brief look) and the process was harder than it should be. Owners, PLEASE send pix 24 hours before check-in. It was hard getting oriented while already driving.

Leppoisaa lomailua.

Sijainti oli hyvä, lähellä keskustaa. Asunto siisti ja rauhallinen (4. krs), vaikka jonkin verran liikennettä alapuolen kadulla (busseilla odotusalueensa lähellä; meitä tämä ei häirinnyt). Hyvin varusteltu keittiö, plussaa leivänpaahtimesta!

Kirjautuminen piti olla klo 15 alkaen, mutta emme olleet saaneet kirjallista/kuvallista ohjetta avainten noudosta siihen mennessä. Piti siis pyytää puhelimitse (engl.). Lisämausteensa asiaan antoi se, että asunnon osoitteeksi ilmoitetaan Narva Maantee 5, mikä on Foorumin talo, vaikka itse asunto (ainakin tämä) on Vapianon talossa eli Hobujaama 10 (tähän asiaan emäntä kyllä lupasi parempia ohjeita jatkossa...).

Super! Sehr gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis

Top-Lage nahe der Altstadt, großzügig - Netflix, Prime war möglich! Preis mehr als angemessen. Im Badezimmer gabs sogar eine kleine finnische Sauna.

Das Apartment ist ein bissel in die Jahre gekommen und könnte eine kleine Renovierung vertragen, dafür war der Preis aber dann eben auch echt gut!

Nice apartment at very central location

Location, Location, Location. Everything at arms reach and 2 min walk to the Old town and it was pretty quiet, especially for a Capital city centre. Once we finally got the instructions it was easy to access the property. Beds were comfortable, plenty of spare bedding and pillows, towels etc. Apartment very well kitted out. Sauna and balcony is a nice bonus and room was nice and specious. Even it being a studio, it did not have the kitchen in the bedroom feel.

I would have liked the instructions of check in well prior the arrival. It was almost to the wire at 3 pm and not been local and travelling this made me very uncomfortable (had pre paid full balance a week before). If it is due to a fear that someone accesses the property too early, just don't put the keybox out... Simple.. Could have done with a toaster and the coffee machine was an old fashioned "drip " one. Cafetiere or pods (they come pretty cheap) for example and I'd recommend to buy your own toilet paper.... Bathroom could do with more lighting, it was very dull.

Mini puhkus!

Meeldiv võõrustaja,lihtsalt ja kergelt saab võtmed. Puhas ja kena korter,kus oli boonuseks mõnus saun:) Väga hea asukoht.Hommikusööki saad teha ise,oma maitse järgi , köögi nurgas. Kui vajadus, siis kindlasti peatun uuesti mõnes neis korteritest.

Trevlig lägenhet mitt i stan

Lägenheten passade oss perfekt, härlig balkong att kunna vistas på, både vid frukost och kvällstid. Närheten till hela Tallinns City, närheten till spårvagnen som går till flygplatsen. Mycket tryggt boende.

Hade önskat att man kunde lämna bagaget vid in och ut-chckning, men då får man väl välja hotell istället. Fanns boxar på Viru köpcenter men det fanns aldrig lediga boxar där.

Very good location, spacious apartment. Had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds.

We are family with 2 small children (ages 3 and 6). Would you please put safety locks on your windows. Our apartment was on the 7th floor, and windows open fully without any security. My 6yr old was trying to open it, while I was getting my 3yr old ready for a nap. Luckily the handle fell off the window, and that got my attention. We hid the handle until we checked out.

Clean, nice and modern apartments in the city centre

We have stayed there twice and will stay again. Apartments are equipped with everything you need for your stay. The location is perfect , just 10-min walk from the old town.

Great view, good central location

Not a nice experience

Good location. Nice sauna.

Client service was rude and incompetent. Booking.com has a list of rules from each accommodation. This place will send you bunch on additional rules AFTER you book and pay for your stay. The following rules basically say that if they say that if they clean this place after you leave for 1,5 h they will charge you 50 EUR extra. If they say that there was some noise they will charge you 200 EUR extra. If there is a person staying at this place who’s ID, passport copy they did not receive prior they will charge you 100 EUR for each. Most strange thing was that this place smelled like smoke all over. And - there was a rule - 200 EUR fine for smoking. I am a non-smoker - i felt this smoke smell right after i entered apartment. There was a air-cleaner in kitchen and that smell like a cigarette. List of ADDITIONAL rules: We kindly ask you to send us passport or ID card pictures of all accommodating guests prior to check-in. Accommodation service providers are obligated by law to verify identity of all guests prior to check-in. Hilltop Apartments does not accommodate guests under 25 years of age. Age restriction applies to all guests and is not limited only to service booker. Age limitation does not apply to relatives travelling with children. Hilltop Apartments reserves the right to request 200€ deposit to insure compliance with house rules. Deposit will be returned 1 business day after check-out. All guests who are not registered as tenants must leave the premises by 23:00. All guests present in our premises after night hours are automatically considered as extra tenants. · Hilltop Apartments reserves the right to issue a fine of 100€ per every extra person not registered as tenants. Extra charge for aliens does not reserve for unregistered guests to stay at the premises after 23:00 · Fine for disturbing peace during night hours is 200€.

Tallin OLD CITY is a must visit place!

Fantastic location, within the reach of shopping centres and 5 minutes walk from the Old Town! 5 minutes walk from the ferry to Helsinki! Quiet location! Covenient in all terms!
