Very good and bad.

The Sea view and was incredible full on picturesque view. It was well eqiupped place and for us 28th December 2022 3 days Quiet!

Firstly the place was very small the place in on the 9th floor WITH NO DOORS on the lift. 4 people would fit in the life but there were 2 lifts, we were charged 50 euros as described in the description for cleaning, but once paid we were told there would be an extra 30 euros calculated at 5 euros per dog per day x 3 x2 dogs . It was a small apartment 1 small kitchen 1 small room with a nice balcony, but this information should be in the description NOT after we PAY! I suffer from COPD and having people smoke in the lifts isn't nice. :( or helpful. Also when we showered using it correctly the bathroom flooded it looked like it had been recently painted and refurbished as it also smelt of paint all the time we were there.

A lovely sanctuary away from home.

Really comfy bed. Amazing view from the balcony. I loved you can hear the sound of the sea and watch the sunsets. The location was perfect... the beach is on your doorstep, 3 mins walk. Less than 10 mins walk into town. There's 2 supermarkets about 7 mins walk. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Only a very minor detail which won't apply to everyone and doesn't reflect the quality of the accommodation. It would be great if they provided somewhere or service for luggage storage if you were getting a late flight and you didn't have a car.

it was close to the beach. the apartment is spacious. you'll have what you need.

i was going to let this pass, but there are two incidents that could be a one-off. upon arrival, it took a lot of time to open the apartment door. the top lock seems to be oddly stuck. i had a hard time opening it, and since there are two - I did not bother locking the top one. I called the property many times only to get response after more than 2 hours. the other incident is that the water ran long with dirt that I ended up washing my face with bottled water.

Perfect location. Terrible noise from neighbour using pneumatic drill all day, but hosts moved us.

Location is absolutely perfect. a few mins walk from the beach, turn right and take a long beach walk to the lighthouse, or turn left and take a long beach walk to the secret beach. Just perfect! The town is 10 mins walk too and had just enough for what we wanted with plenty of restaurants open even in February.

We went off season (Feb 2022), and this appears to be the time that owners in the tower block get all their renovations done before the summer season. We had someone 2 doors away constantly using an industrial sized pneumatic drill from 9am to 6pm each day. It was so bad it was making us ill, but as soon as I let the hosts know, they changed us to the block opposite. When they do these really noisy renovations they must warm people on a notice board on the ground floor of he block, stating the from and to date of the work. There were actually 3 different apartments being renovated in the first block we were in, and another 2 in the other block they moved us too. So, to cut a long story short, if you're booking off season ask the host if there are any renovations going on near your apartment before you book, or cancel if they do as it was really bad. Other than that though, location was perfect for what we wanted.

Great sea view ❤️

Wonderful sea view, so far the best one we experienced in similar places. Good value for the money. Staff was very nice and helpful with all needed information.

For us, a family of 2 adults and 2 kids (2 and 4 years old), the space was a bit tight, small, no space left to move once we opened the couch. I think the studio is perfect for a couple, but not more than that :-)

Great ocean views from the 9th floor, large balcony, very clean apartment, fully equipped with everything you need. Great location, quiet, close to the beach. Free parking. Definitely, we will come back here if we have the opportunity.

Well equipped appt with a great location and lovely views.

We loved the view: straight out to sea from 9 floors up. It's the first thing you see when you wake up in the morning. The location is great; a couple of minutes from the beach, and a 5-10 minute stroll to the restaurant quarter of Alvor. Our hostess managed the whole thing remotely via WhatsApp, which with Covid etc. makes sense.

The block the apartment is in (G Tower) was pretty empty when we were there and was not super-smart. But it does the job.
