Prima verblijf op mooie locatie!

B&B zit in een oud pand waardoor er ook wat ongemakken zijn. Kraan bij wastafel deed het niet goed en ‘s nachts was het een beetje koud in de kamer.

Mooie locatie en vriendelijk personeel.

Mooi gelegen aan de Vecht. Ruime kamers. Vriendelijk personeel.

Koffiecups en theezakjes zeer beperkt aanwezig. Losse verdeelstekker waar de stekkers van de waterkoker en koffiezet apparaat in moeten. Niet passend bij de luxe ambiance. Wij hadden de avond tevoren een heelijk diner in het restaurant, dus de verwachtingen voor het ontbijt waren hoog. Het ontbijt was goed maar niet bijzonder. (Geen vers geperst sap bijvoorbeeld maar sap met vruchtvlees uit een pak).

Heerlijk geslapen en ‘s morgensvroeg genoten van het geweldige uitzicht en het persoonlijke praatje met de gastvrouw. Ik

Prachtig gelegen, heerlijk rustig. Mooie ruime kamer met, weliswaar, gedeelde badkamer. De wastafel op de kamer en het eigen toilet naast de deur maken dat helemaal goed. Heerlijk bed en zeer vriendelijk & behulpzaam personeel!

Het enige wat opviel was de gehorigheid van de medebewoners; maar dat hoort ook een beetje bij een monumentaal pand als dit. En verlichting boven de wastafel zou fijn zijn.

Disaster, malignent, Rip off, never experienced like this, stay away

Total rip off, it is very expensive for the quaility, better rooms close by,rooms are mediocre at best, booked a room, 25 Celsius outside, room was very hot, staff did not start the AC before arrival, arrived at 19.30, Staff starter AC, back at 22.00 after dinner, stil very hot, AC did not function, more like a fan, we decided to go somewhere else, got nothing back, no answers to e mails of sms, Total rip off

Nice quiet spot

Nice big room with a view across the road to the river. Handy to have a bar and restaurant on-site.

Bathroom was shared with other rooms but lucky for us we were the only ones staying.

Good place!

The atmosphere inside and outside is really nice. I liked the style (picture and color) in the room, the four windows going towards the river and landscape. The "help yourself to drinks" downstairs, the breakfast, also the facility to sit and have your drink outside or in the comfortable terrace under a roof. We had two single beds which you could leave together or pull apart (I found mine a little small, but for my friend it was just right). The half hour walk along the Vecht to aperitif and dinner is beautiful.

A beautiful property in a stunning location.

A beautiful property in a stunning location right on the river bank. The room was very well appointed with everything you need. The breakfast was excellent. The proprietor was very friendly and helpful giving advice on nearby attractions. I highly recommend a visit if you are in the area.

Just excellent

The place is very cosy and the room had a great view of the river and boats going by. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They always greet us with a smile in their face and we felt very comfortable. The breakfast is also excellent. We will come back and hopefully next time we will have a better weather

Nice B&B in great location

Nice spacious room & great location along the river. All basic amenities available including wine glasses, mini fridge and coffee/tea facilities.

The bathroom radiator was very rusty and overall the bathroom is very basic (there is nothing in place to block water from splashing out of the shower for example)

We enjoyed it a lot!

The location is perfect, breakfast was really nice and well served, room good and beds comfortable and staff really nice.

I asked for a bottle wine or prosecco at the room and they upgrated that to champagne, without consultation and I had to pay 50 euro's with checkout: bit strange. Rooms are noisy, but understandable. For rest all good!

Perfect stay with family.

Warm welcome even at late hours. I went with family. Excellent Arrangement, Bed, Ambiance, location.. everything is so perfect. Riverside property and great view. One of the best vacation i would say.

Excellent short stay (1 night) close to Maarssen. Friendly staff and good breakfast.

Warm welcome even at late hour. The host called me to know the expected time of arrival so they could be there to welcome me and explain the facility. Excellent bed.

A beautiful stay at a peaceful location just between Amsterdam and Utrecht

It is a great place to have dinner outside when the weather conditions are good. The rooms are spacious and the bed is really comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is a fine selection to start the day properly. We loved the location by the river and the beautiful vista of the landscape. We were there with our 10-months old son, which was not an issue at all. The staff made sure he was comfortable and as the room was spacious there was enough room for him to crawl around. Although it is perhaps slightly remote, you are not far away from Amsterdam or Utrecht.

There was not much not to like. You do have to take into account that it is an older building and hence the windows are difficult to open or to close, and small things like that. Because it is by a river, you also need to take into account that there will be mosquitos.
