My pleasant surprise at Prima Link Petach Tiqvah

We're do I start? Very friendly staff, very professional, and quick check in. We have also received complimentary breakfasts for our stay, which was really nice. The room is huge, offers all mod cons and with exceptional views on the tel aviv skyline. Very kleen and the shower was among the best I have experienced in a hotel. Breakfast - excellent. Business lounge - among the very best I have ever entered, even compared to the 5 stars plus hotels. The location of the hotel is very good, centrally located and just outside is a huge shopping mall where you can get just about anything you might need. I give it a 5 plus, and definitely, I will be back!

Superb

Spacious room with a good view. Helpful staff. Supper buffet and other hotel amenities.

Parking and elevators were a little confusing. The ceiling lights in the bathroom weren't bright enough for grooming, so a second, lower light would help.

Great Hotel, Great Staff, Great Location.

Location next to the mall and parking garage. Staff was Outstanding. Very helpful and friendly. Buisness lounge had a great staff and evenings appetizers.

Booking.com indicated airport transportation. They do not. They will hire a limo to pick up/drop off. Cheaper to rent a car.

The air-condition wasnt controllable from the switch in the room, we put it to low and still was very cold. Had to switch it off

One of the best hotels I’ve been to

Everything was excellent. The hotel is new, modern and very clean. The stuff was super nice and very friendly. They offered us extra service that wasn’t included in the price like a light dinner in the lounge on the last floor and also the breakfast (we didn’t stay for the breakfast so I don’t know how it was but the light dinner was very good). Our room was on one of the last floors and the view was very nice by night. There is also a small pool on the last floor. The location is very strategic too because you’re relatively close to Tel Aviv and to the Ben Gurion airport (you need a car to get to both). Also there is a huge mall just 5 min walking. We will definitely come back in this hotel if we need to stay in Tel Aviv area.

Great Stay at Prima Link

At my request I was given a quiet room. It was quite large especially for Israel with full amenities including great bed, TV, work desk, , coffee maker, large bathroom with deep tub, safe etc. Included in the price was access to a great gym Holmes Place. I also was given access to the business lounge open in evening with food and drinks. As it was shabat rather than a regular 12 pm checkout on Saturday I was given until 7 pm at no extra charge

Nothing major. I felt that perhaps the breakfast buffet could have been included in the price but it was only 50 shekels which is much less than Tel Aviv hotels.

Other than the above comment it is an excellent property.

The room was great

The parking garage situation for guests with an early flight from Ben Gurion is extremely frustrating. The garage is locked until 6am and we were not informed of this. We spent a half an hour trying to get out.
