Superb location with amazing sea view, glad we packed our binoculars. The room was bright, clean with a comfy bed. Lots of private parking. Easy 25 min walk to the St Malo ferry for a 10 min crossing. Restaurants, shops and bakery an easy 10 min walk away.

The balcony could do with a spruce up. The bathroom whilst adequate could also do with repainting. During our visit there was no direct access to the beach.

No arrival information or instructions; never saw the owner or agent and it was by luck that we found the key to get into the apartment. Owner/Agent responses to e mail and phone messages very slow and non existent. No room information at all. For example tourism information, nearby shops and restaurant. No wifi connection instructions, large screen TV but defective. No fire or emergency instructions phone numbers etc etc.

The room as a stunning view. One can spend hours to enjoy the view to the beach and see the ocean's tide display a formidable spectacle in front of the house. Absolutely breath-taking!

The room is rather costly and there are some hidden charges that were not obvious when I made the booking.

Exceptional location. Beautiful view. Quiet. Tasteful decoration. Well equipped. Owners very helpful.

Direct beach access is via a long steep staircase that goes in part through a dark tunnel, then onto a cliffside part where there are handrails but the latter were partially detached. One must be very sure-footed or very careful.

A nice little studio with en-suite shower room. The views were exceptional, far better than we had imagined. The suburb, St.Enogat was charming and facilities were very good.

The 2 kilometre drive to central Dinard gave us problems during the Film Festival as there is huge pressure on parking during that time. I think I'll look for something more central for next September. Otherwise I'd be giving the studio a clear 9 out of 10 and I will definitely think of booking again for any other stay in Dinard.
