Perfect place for a family holiday

Sea, pools, bars, staff. Everything was great :)

It was good but overpriced (especially restaurant).

The stuff is very friendly but overworked.

Facilities requires some renovation, some stains on the hallway, some pernament stains on the floors, etc.

Nice facilities, great and well furnished pool area and really good breakfast (especially on sunday).

Well ... location was not good for us. The hotel is "trapped" between two roads - one od them is really loud (the evenings on balcony - not so romantic, as we imagined ...) Rooms are very basic. Shower was leaking - a lot! 😅 We had a flood when I washed my hair ... Next thing. We've booked a room with a King sized bed and didnt get one. When we tried to communicate this issue with receptionist, she promissed to get back to us. She didnt. Not event a call or an explanation ... Also. In a hotel like this, you should really ask people on a check out if everything was ok etc. ... I've intended to tell al this at check out. But nobody cared ... ass long as I've paid a 250 per nigth, fight? In my opinion - seriously overpriced and a lot of opportunities for growth ...

Modern rooms

Many cool pools, modern, a lot of space. It is nice to lay down. Small beach directly infront of the hotel.

Close to the Highway, no restaurants in walking distance. No water kettle in the room or glasses.

The room was very comfortable and clean (except the fridge and mold in the shower cabin) and the view from the large balcony was very nice. Although the private beach was really small and not very suitable for the swimming (shallow sea and nearness of the fisherman boats), it is really good for sunbathing (we could always find available sunbads and sunshades,which are free for the use for the hotel guests). Also,we could always find parking spot. Ladies that were cleaning our room were very nice and professional.

Overall impression of the hotel and the hotel service was significantly below our expectations,considering the price and the fact it has 4*. Majority of the staff seemed unprofessional when talking with the guests and among themselves. Our impression was that the staff was mostly oriented to foreign guests, while often ignoring or being annoyed with our basic requests (e.g. At the breakfast when we asked for clean dishes or at the pool/snack bar when ordering), which is the main reason we wouldn’t recommend it or come back. Food at the breakfast was very basic and lack of food was common in certain periods of the morning.

Exceptional

The stuff is very friendly, especially Suzana on the front desk. They make everything for me to feel comfortable. Rooms are spacious. There are 4 pools you can use and it is great.

It was only a short stay however an enjoyable experience

Breakfast exceeded expectations, beds were comfy, duty manager extremely helpful.
