Welcome to Seaside Quarters, our family & group friendly 4-bedroom YEAR ROUND vacation home, where MOST EVERYTHING you need or want is here for your enjoyment!
We’re the perfect LBI home, footsteps to YellowFin Restaurant, close to Anchor Produce, Okie's Butcher Shop, Fresh Seafood & cheese shops, day spa, ice cream parlors, Rita's and several mini-golf courses.
And of course, stunning bayside sunsets footsteps away and a life guarded (seasonally) beach, a few minutes away!
Seaside Quarters offers a great "foodies" kitchen, ceramic cookware, a fun and airy enclosed sun porch with dinner seating for 12 at our Amish made plank table, a game room with Foosball and darts, an outside shower, 2 Bluetooth Solar Speakers, a BBQ grill, picnic table, a large hammock and everyone's happy!
Our comfortable, open & airy home also has a dining room for 6, a comfortable living room with a nice flat screen TV & XBox 360, 4 bedrooms to accommodate 14 and is stocked with all linens and bath towels, 10 Surf City Season beach badges, 5 flat screen TVs, and strong WiFi!

Plus there's a firepit & wood, 6 bikes, 4 fishing poles, plenty of crab traps, beach chairs, bogie boards and more, so you will have a wonderful time staying with us.
We even include bed linens, towels and sheets (Laundered by our professional cleaners), several chaise lounge chairs, some Adirondack chairs, BBQ gas grill and a large LL Bean hammock, so you will enjoy both lazy days and enjoyable nights.
We even include a portable crib, booster chair and high chair, so if you have a little one it's very easy for you to come, relax and have a great vacation on LBI!
The Primary bedroom on the second floor offers a king size bed and private sunroom with a trundle bed for 2.
Add in 2 additional bedrooms on the first floor each offer a Queen bed and the 4th bedroom, on the second floor has been designed for kids, with 2 sets of twin bunk beds, ideal for 4!
Plus, the couch is a Double sleeper, so bring the troops!
All guest bedrooms have cable / ROKU TVs and WIFI is offered throughout Seaside Quarters.
Recently renovated with beautiful wood floors, new flat screen TVs, new central HVAC system and a contemporary white finish throughout the home. The home is also 100% non-smoking.

THE HOUSE
Seaside Quarters is a "Classic Style" 4-bedroom beach home, recently redesigned and updated with beautiful hardwood floors, a bright white interior, a powerful Central AC / HVAC system, year-round sun porch, game room and more.
Our first-floor layout includes a well working kitchen, beautiful wood cabinets, dishwasher, washer & dryer and "Mom's vintage sink!
There's also a dining room table for 6, a comfortable living room with Queen sleeper sofa, as well as 2 Queen bedrooms, a full bath, and sun porch with an Amish made plank table for 12 and a game room, with Foosball.
The second floor boasts a “kids” bedroom with double bunk beds accommodating 4, a bath with shower and the Primary bedroom with a King-sized bed.
Additionally, the Primary bedroom has a private sun room with a Trundle bed, for 2....which VRBO counts as a 5th bedroom. Go figure!
All 4 bedrooms have flat screen TVs, with the living room having a flat screen, and a Xbox.
And we have a nice outside shower with a dressing area, clothes lines and we’re also eco-friendly, too!
THE LOCATION
Seaside Quarters is located on the NARROWEST street Ocean to Bay in Surf City, thus an easy walk to the beach!
We are also located in North Surf City, so we’re close to Yellow Fin restaurant, Okie’s Butcher Shop, Anchor Produce, a day spa and other great shops and eateries.
We’re 2 houses off the bay, so fishing, crabbing and picturesque sunsets are the routine. Plus, you can swim, play or launch YOUR paddleboard or kayaks, from the sandy bay beach steps away on 23rd street!
We’re also about 16 homes from the beach, with lifeguards (in season) nearby and Surf City’s only fishing beach next door.

Perfect in every way
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Loved the short walk to sunset and sunrises. The big table on the screened porch was wonderful for family dinners. There was always a gentle breeze in the backyard for hanging together or reading a book. We appreciated the well stocked sheds with bikes, beach chairs and sand toys.

Perfect for all
Randy and Anslee were the perfect hosts. Communication was excellent, very responsive. Their Seaside Quarters is the perfect house for a mixed age group. The fooseball table kept my teenage son and friends off their electronics and the cozy living room offered a comfortable place for the adults to sit back with a book. The quarters is well equipped and Randy went out of the way to keep our fur babies safe by installing a temporary fence. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome at the Seaside Quarters. We will definitely go back!

Surf City 24th St
This house has a great location with easy access to the bay and ocean. We enjoyed walking a few steps to watch the sunsets over the bay in the evenings and crabbing and fishing during the day in the same spot. The ocean was a short, 3 block walk away, very doable. It was also nice to be able to walk to Anchor Market, Okies, and other shops in Surf City. There were plenty of linens for all the beds and the kitchen was well equipped. Overall our family had a wonderful time and I would recommend this house for an LBI beach vacation.

Great week in Surf City!
Our family had the chance to stay in the heart of surf city in a great home 2 houses off the bay and maybe 2 blocks from the beach… loved the house, the location and Randy, the home owner was on top of our stay… what a great week!! We will be back next year!!!!

It's a perfectly pleasant property with lots of space and bedrooms for everyone. The kitchen is a bit worn-out-looking, but that didn't prevent us from fully enjoying our weekend on LBI. The beds were comfy and the backyard grill setup was fantastic.
My only real complaint is having to not only wash the linens, but also wait for them to dry, fold, and put away. It seems to me that a cleaning staff could easily handle these last couple steps as part of regular house turnover, but I gather providing linens is not the standard for LBI in general.

Had something for everyone, including high chair, fire pit outside, bikes, etc. Owner was very engaging & friendly, and made us feel at home. Quiet street with bay just past house & ocean beach a short walk. Could not have been more perfect.

A lovely escape to Paradise- perfectly located between the Bay for dazzling sunsets & a beautiful beach to welcome sunrise and walk endlessly on the water's edge or just plop down and take in the magnificent scenery. It's walkable to all the local stores & wonderful eateries- Pet friendly is a blessing, and if one is too exhausted after being out and about, this home offers a peaceful, comfortable place to just stay in and relax after a "busy day" by the firepit-~ the game room provided hours of entertainment & brought out the "kid" in all of us - even the ones way over 5 years old! This home provides everything to facilitate a family vacation to be one abundant of magical memories!

Excellent location, well-stocked, but enclosed porch area with game room was unusable in July due to the heat. Crab traps were a lot of fun, but the bikes were not in good condition, would suggest bringing your own or renting. Was expecting a bit more space and amenities for the price; stayed at similar property on beach block in Surf City for almost half the price.

My wife and I spent a week here in October with our greyhound. Randy was very accommodating in allowing us to bring a slightly larger dog. We had a great time, the house is right on the bay, with beautiful sunsets, and an easy walk to restaurants and shops. The oceanside is also an easy walk from the house.
The property is well-appointed, with good wifi, and smart TV's in the living room and each bedroom. The firepit was great, and we made ample use of it. We look forward to our next visit!

Lifetime of Memories with the family!!
To sum it up this might have been the best vacation of my family’s life. The best part was the host Randy H. He was so responsive and literally provided everything you need. Towels linens all kitchen utensils. TV 📺 in every bedroom. Great central AC and great backyard to hang out. The screened in porch was super too. Last but not least being TWO BLOCKS from the beach was heaven. Randy went above and beyond with chairs, umbrella , blankets and toys for my grandson for the beach. He even provided a large carrier to put it all in what more can you ask!!! My son’s dog Arnie was so happy I think the happiest I have ever seen him. For me having my kids and grandson so happy is what life is all about but Randy knows that because he is a Dad and Grandpa himself. If anyone wants to have a once I. A lifetime family get away with your pets this is the place!!!

Great stay
My fiancee, our pup and a couple of our friends stayed at Randy's bayside home and we had an amazing stay. I would definitely recommend his for anyone interested in staying in LBI. It was walking distance to the beach, right on the bay and near stores and shops. Thanks for everything Randy!

Perfect getaway
Located on a quiet street three houses for the bay and a short walk to the beach makes this the perfect location for a beach house. Not to mention we were just a short walk from our favorite Surf City hot spots for ice cream, miniature golf and grocery shopping. Overall we al had a great time.

Family beach vacation
We had a lovely stay at seaside quarters this summer! Three families (6 adults, 5 kids) spanning three generations and out three dogs stayed this August and enjoyed this home in surf city! A stones throw from the bay and just a few short blocks to the beach, plus a short walk/drive to the very kid friendly bay beach. We also enjoyed hanging out in the backyard, relaxing on the hammock and lounging by the fire pit.
The owner was very responsive to any question/request, and immediately fixed some damage left by previous tenants. We would not hesitate to stay again. Thanks Randy!

Great location
This was our second year staying at Seaside Quarters. The house is big enough for 3 young(ish) families (6 adults, 5 kids, 1 teen) and the porch/game area is always fun, especially on rainy days. Unlike last year though, some of the furnishings this year were in poor condition this year. The ceiling fan out in the porch was broken, which made it uncomfortable during the hot days. Some chairs, both indoors and outdoors were either already broken or broke when our party sat on them. The tile floor in the downstairs bathroom was coming up and the soap dish in the bath actually fell off the wall. But aside from those issues, we still had a very nice stay.
