Nothing
They are falsely advertising on booking. Some of The property’s amenities are a shared kitchen, common area and laundry, which they did not have. They put me in a room next to the reception which had no ventilation whatsoever, it had a small window which led to the storage room they have behind the reception area, so they could see into my room whenever they wanted, they turned that room light on every time they needed something and it was annoying at night. The other window was in the restroom which leads to the hall between the reception and my room door, very uncomfortable to have that window open cuz whoever was at the reception small area could hear everything from my bathroom. I had to ask for a fan cuz the air was so musty and hot inside that room and the lady had the nerve to tell me they did not provide fans but she was going to bring one from her house. The bathroom did not have a division for the shower area and the water would run into the toilet area almost made it to the room, when I told them they told me to shower against the wall as possible and gave me a broom to sweep the water back into the shower. There is not a proper door between the room and bathroom, it was like a vertical blinds and on top of that they were broken, so there was no door plus they could pick in from the window leading to their storage room. The most horrific experience I have had in regards of hostels. The entrance is a rusted metal door that led to a very abandoned patio, the terrace had no table in case you wanted to have a drink or eat on the roof area. I took many pics and videos which I’m attaching to booking so they can’t say I’m lying or exaggerating.
They also charge me twice for my stay but I’ll let my bank deal with that.

Okay for one night
The shower drain was fully cloaked, so the water rub after a 2 minutes shower into the room. No payment with card. Receptionist seemed a bit lost.

The guy that checked me in was lovely and very helpful. My room was basic but adequate. Two single beds, one made up with a blanket. Plenty of info given on arrival. Accommodation was super quiet for the 3 nights I stayed. 10 min walk to Centro, local tiendas within minutes walk.
I was so cold for the first night (4°C). check the weather and consider asking for a second blanket on arrival.

Really good place to stay in Pachuca! Very quiet, spacious single room and a nice terrace. It's not the most social place but if you are just looking for a place to relax it is ideal.
Wifi signal was quite weak in my room.

The guy at checkin was friendly and let us leave our bags in the room and checkout at 3pm.
The other guests were very noisy in the evening, our rooms was by reception so very noisy. The room had no natural light. Water from shower almost reached the room. No proper door on bathroom.

This is a nice enough place but in no way is it a hostel, which is what I was expecting. It is a hotel with no common area.
The owner(?) speaks some English, which is nice and he tried very hard to be helpful. He even got up very early one morning to call me a taxi.
The shower had very hot water and good water pressure.
The bed was comfortable. (The pillows, not so much)
That there was zero character or charm. You are given nothing extra for the price. Not a picture on the wall, not a hot water kettle or even a bottle of water. I even had to ask for a blanket for the bed, which, of course I was given but you should not have to ask for a blanket in January. It just should be there.
The water coming out of my sink was the smallest trickle I have ever tried to brush my teeth with in my entire life. It was ridiculous.

I got a 2 bed room and I was the only one. Yay! Full size beds. Private bathroom. Towel. Soap and conditioner given. Friendly staff and they sell drinks. Quiet. Taxis are cheap. Calm neighborhood. Great price. They have a nice map of stuff around there. Very hot water <3 also has a terrace that oversees the city. Oh also has a fridge in the room and a TV.
I guess no locker but room was private. Only see one plug. 15 min walk to the center, in the middle of a residential area so not much around.

The guy on the reception was super friendly and helpful. The location is nice : in a quite place.
The walls are very thin so I kept waking up because I could hear the guy talking on the phone and he got so many calls.
Also I didn't like that there was no window in the room.

Clean and comfortable, nice view from the rooftop. Friendly staff. Walking distance from the centre (15min)
