Perfetto!

La posizione è assolutamente perfetta. Così come la struttura stessa. In un contesto storico molto curato. Il personale è davvero molto professionale e cortese. Le stanze spaziose e pulitissime. La colazione ottima. Inoltre il ristorante offre piatti tradizionali squisiti.

Experience wonderful Albanian tradition!

Wonderful staff. Delicious restaurant. Fantastic breakfast with fresh orange juice. Perfect central location. Check out their traditional "Oda" room to experience Albanian culture!

One of the Best Value Hotels on the Planet

This was definitely one of the best value hotels we have ever stayed in: 1. Great decor, a lovely blend of old and new. 2. Great staff, very well-trained, professional and helpful. 3. Superb restaurant, serving well-cooked, clean, simple food, no heavy sauces for once.

Minimal changes required. Rooms were a little hot, some spots of black mould in the shower, a toilet you can't flush paper down.

From warm greeting at the reception by lovely Nita, to a restful sleep in our quiet room in our luxurious bed and gourmet Albanian traditional dinner overlooking the river. Superb

Excellent place to stay. We.had a lovely time at this hotel and in Gjakove. Very comfortable room, very friendly reception staff and excellent breakfasts - very impressed with the buffet breakfast and the staff who worked in the restaurant. Plenty of bars and eateries around the corner made for some good nights.

Exceptional

This hotel was amazing. Everything was perfect. A very friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness on top and interior was so interesting. I also ate lunch and dinner, and i would recommend every traditional dish they made, especially the beef stake on stone where you can make it by your own or the waiter makes it for you . I will for sure recommend it to my friends and family, and will come back again.

Beautiful property, very friendly and helpful staff which makes you feel so welcoming!Room is cozy and nicely designed.The restaurant on 1/F is a must to go, great food, professional staff and value of money! Highly recommended if visit Gjakova!

Comfy room, helpful staff, delicious breakfast

Location was perfect, right on the edge of the famous bazaar and about a 10-15 minute walk from the bus station. Room was comfortable and well-appointed with coffee/tea, mini bar, toiletries, lots of multi-lingual tv channels, etc. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, most speaking quite a bit of English. Breakfast was outstanding, with so many regional options in addition to cereals and eggs made to order if you wish. The highlights for me were the spicy pepper/cheese spread and the pumpkin, quince, and plum preserves. They let me check in early when I arrived, and the standard 12:00 check out time allowed me to relax on a rainy morning.

The only thing that was less than perfect was that I wasn't sure if the restaurant was open for dinner or not. I could have asked, but without a menu available in the room, I was too tired to try going there alone without having any idea of that they served.

Blend of modern and traditional style with the comforts of home.

Was pleasantly surprised by the layout of the suite. The sleeping rooms were modern, quality hotel style while the family/living room was decorated in a more traditional style. The location is great with easy access to the old bazaar of Gjakova and the lovely newly renovated river walk area. Breakfast was simple, but with plenty of choices. They prepared eggs as we liked which was a wonderful addition to the variety of breads, meats, cheeses and sweets. The hotel provides all the little "extras" that a luxury hotel proves and seeks to serve their guests at this high level of service.

The shower heads, while fancy (including a "full body" shower option), did not work as well as they should and the shower doors were not caulked well enough to keep water from flooding the entire bathroom floor. This was only a minor inconvenience for us, but I could see it being a problem for some guests.

Lovely hotel near the bazaar

Hotel is beautiful. Everything was excellent. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Room was nice with a great shower. Could not be any better.

There is a small dog on the premises which evidently belongs to the owner. It does bark occasionally.
