Experience Incline
Incline Village is such a special place - There are too many restaurants to choose from! Grab the ultimate chili cheese fries at Austin's after a day on the mountain or head to Mountain High Sandwich company for home made kombucha and a harmony wrap or a meat stacked sandwich on home made jalapeno cheddar rolls! Take a stroll down the beautifully kept path on Lake Shore and look at the lake front homes - heck bring the kids scooters or go for a run alone before the day is hectic. Head to burnt cedar beach. They have a bar, bathrooms, a pool with a slide, showers, paddle board rentals and a snack shack with fish tacos. I mean seriously, no planning needed, just put on our suit and and this is an easy quick weekend. I feel like I never get bored of the view but when we need a break from the sun we go bowling, indoor rock climbing or just sit on our patio and listen to the creek with a book. One of our favorite things to do is to go the Lone Eagle Grill for martinis by their fire pit.
I have so many recommendations for all my favorite spots for food, hiking and would love to help you with ideas to make the perfect trip for you!

This was a perfect location for our family to rest and relax. Nice, quiet complex with helpful neighbors. The condo was very clean and comfortable…kitchen, beds, linens, towels, beach towels, extra fans were all top notch. We loved the sounds of the little branch that ran behind the back deck…the running water is so relaxing. Our spot was very convenient to take a walk, go to the beach, go the rec center, run to the grocery store, or grab breakfast, coffee, or dinner. All easy quick trips! Our days at Sand Harbor, which is just a quick drive, were made so convenient because we had plenty of beach gear stashed away in the storage closet on the back deck…tent, umbrellas, chairs, blanket, and a wagon to haul it all! It was awesome. Brittney was a wonderful host who was very helpful, accommodating, and responsive. We loved our stay and will definitely touch base with her again when we hopefully get to return to beautiful Lake Tahoe.

We stayed here for a quick weekend getaway as a family of 4. The location in Incline is excellent. Easy to walk or a short drive to many restaurants and the beaches. One of our main reasons for picking this property was the ability to access the private Incline beaches, which our kiddos enjoyed so much. The property itself has a fully stocked kitchen and toiletries for the bathrooms, and the creek behind the property was nice to listen to at night. The complex was also very quiet at night. We would stay again!

Perfectly Comfortable
Everything was as described on VRBO. The beds were comfortable, the place perfectly clean. The Wi-Fi worked well. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. We had a ton of snow over the holiday weekend and the parking was a bit of a challenge.
The location was good. We walked down to the lake in 20 minutes. And the grocery store was a 5 min drive.
There were 7 of us and were perfectly comfortable. We would rent the space again.

Wonderful stay in Incline!!
We had a great time at Brittney's place in Incline! Brittney is a great host and checked in with us during our stay. She also provided great tips and tricks for having a good time in Incline. :)
The condo is super convenient and walkable to tons of stuff in Incline, and really close to the Village Market grocery store. It's a bit of a hike (about a mile) to Incline Beach and the Hyatt, but totally do-able (in the summer)!
The house backs up to the creek and has a great outdoor deck with grill.
We stayed with two couples which was great, so we didn't utilize the bunk beds but could have easily had another couple or two friends there.
Definitely recommend this place for a great Tahoe trip!

Tahoe getaway
This property is a little old, and there were a few issues we faced. The first night was freezing cold and we could not get the fireplace started...so even cranking up the heat did not help. Also the parking situation if there are two families (or two cars) can be a problem.
Brittney was very responsive and she addressed the problems as quickly as she could.
It's a great location, and is a cozy getaway....

It was seamless. From the property (great location) to the condition (nice place/everything you need) to the service (never spoke to Brittany but immediate and well timed communication) the experience was what I wanted: hassle free and exactly what I expected.

We had everything we needed and more! From the time we booked, communication was stellar. Brittney has thought of everything you could need for your stay from providing toiletries to a bottle of wine on arrival (much needed after a long drive with family!).
