The stay was just okay, breakfast needs to be better and the hotwater situation needs to be fixed.

The only good thing was the location, we had plenty of nice food places and other shops on a walking distance. They gave us a room with a really bad bathroom but the staff later on changed the room with a better bathroom so that was one good thing.

The hotel does not have hot water, it gets a little lukewarm, but no hotwater. The breakfast needs to be updated, its just the same thing everyday, could be better with some more options.

Great experience

As always, the staff was extremely hospitable and went out of their way to help us out throughout our stay. The breakfast was good and tasty, and th location was absolutely wonderful. Lots of restaurants etc. nearby.

Hotel One delivers yet again

The staff, specifically Mr Tahir Sultan, went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. We were upgraded to an executive room and everything was handled smoothly. Appreciate it. Hotel One is undoubtedly the best place to stay in Islamabad.

Unprofessionall staff

They never answered the emails and messages, very poor service from the receptionists.. They kept rooms open for online booking while they don't have rooms available..

After booking.com confirmed, i sent message to them and they didn't answer, they said there is no rooms available while booking.com confirmed my room booking. Very unprofessional behaviour from them I didn't go to stay there because they didn't answer. i had to stay in a different hotel...

Facilities are insufficient. Non availability of slippers for washrooms, sub-standard quality of pillows, Under staff at the time of buffet breakfast creates problem for smooth flow of food stuff.

A nice comfortable and reasonable stay.

We liked the staff hospitality and their willingness to go out of their way to make our stay comfortable.

The room floors were abit dirty with dust (we had it cleaned later though).

Terrible, STAY AWAY!

The location is excellent and very central.

Overall the stay was very mediocre. We had a driver with us and when we called the property we were told, the driver can be accommodated with an extra fee. Upon reaching the property, we were told that there is no space for drivers which completely messed up our plans. Rooms are very average, while the bathrooms are TERRIBLE and are not very clean even.did not expect such a terrible experience from a Hotel chain like PC.

From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by its ideal location and the warm welcome from the staff. First and foremost, the hotel's location was absolutely superb. Situated in close proximity to family attractions, it made exploring the city a breeze. Whether it was visiting famous landmarks, enjoying local cuisine, or indulging in some retail therapy, everything was conveniently within reach. This made our family vacation all the more enjoyable and stress-free. The level of professionalism and courtesy displayed by the staff was truly commendable. Whether it was the front desk personnel, housekeeping staff, or the restaurant team, everyone exuded a genuine desire to make our stay comfortable and memorable.
