we had a great time in the apartment.the lake ist about 15 minutes by foot. it’s really quiet and there is lots of parking space.

some things to clean (dish towels and cloth) would have been great.

Superb

The design is modern, everything looks new and clean. Dario is super nice and always available for any question. The bed is comfortable. The microwave and the refrigerator in the room were helpful. We also used the washing machine and the dryer and it was nice having that option. The pool looks nice but we didn't have a chance to use it. Overall highly recommended, I wish we would have stayed a few more nights.

A bit far from the city center, but it's close to a nice shopping center.

Great place for families

The apartment was very comfortable, very well equipped and every need we had was attended and solved. Everything is well thought of and it’s a great option for families that need flexibility but appreciate comfort (towels change, cleaning).

While it’s great that there is an option to wash and dry your clothes, I think it should be included in the price (10€ per cycle of washing and drying is a lot), especially given the pricing of the accommodation. Also I loved the tranquil part of Riva where the accommodation is located but it’s a bit of a walk to the lake but you can always go by bike.

Lovers of home Gym should not hesitate

Swimming pool was very nice Gym facilities were excellent and were readily available all day and some evening hours, until 9pm View of mountains was good from terrace

Communications by WhatsApp we found difficult to decipher because not experienced with the app. No tea or coffee or anything like that in the kitchen Location is ok for cars and bikes, but not ideal for those who are on foot

Dario was such an excellent host - he was always happy to help out and very responsive via WhatsApp before and during our stay. The facilities were great, we loved the pool and the gym. The rooms are a good size. The kitchen/lounge is small but was fine for 3 adults and one baby. Dario gave us a travel cot and a high chair which was very helpful for our 7 month old baby. The location is about 20 minutes walk from the main beach but that didn't worry us at all. We hired bikes from a local shop and that made getting around very easy. We were able to store these in a secure bike lock in the basement. We would happily stay here again!

Beautiful place in a beautiful city. Top location to visit the beautiful places around Garda. The place is well maintained and everything is clean with lots of thoughts put in. Dario gives an exceptional service always available for any need and question.

Very happy and willing to back

Very clean and comfortable apartment as well all building. Nice pool and large gym. Dario very helpful person and willing to help and answer on all our questions such us what to see around, recommendation of restaurant etc. Location very quiet even when balcony doors were open. Walking distance to the beach.

Excellent room and facilities. Exceptional communication from the host - Dario. Nothing was any trouble and he gave us comprehensive list of local recommendations. A 7 minute walk from town but nicely situated off the main busy area. highly recommend

Modern wonderful hotel, a short walk from the main town, very well looked after. Our rooms were spacious with a large terrace. Dario the host is very helpful, attained to all our enquires. Also very quick wahatsapp communication. Will be happy to come here in the future.

Perfect relaxing place, close enough to the busy center of RIVA!!

The personal approach of Dario! It starts already a few days before arrival. You immediately feel that your arrival will be perfectly organised. He understands the need of personal touch and uses whatsapp as a perfect tool to communicate. Best appartment ever had in Italy!!!
