It was a very memorable stay! We loved noto so much and staying at Zioli was a big reason for that!

The location of this booking was perfect! It was just off the main strip so we loved coming back to our room to rest. Our host was also very friendly!!

I wasn't informed ahead of time about the travel tax per person of 3 euros a head per night. Only that!

Beautiful property ideally located in Noto

The property was absolutely beautiful. It is located just steps from the main pedestrian street and all of the city center attractions. The property includes a rooftop bar and beautiful breakfast room. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful and all spoke perfect English. This is a wonderful choice if you are visiting Noto.

Posizione fantastica. Junior Suite spaziosa. Bagno della junior suite molto grande e bello. Buona colazione preparata dagli host.

Poca flessibilità al nostro arrivo (dopo le ore 15:00 naturalmente) e volevano che aspettassimo 30 min fuori, poi su nostra insistenza sono arrivati. Camera matrimoniale normale bella ma un poco stretta. La junior suite è assolutamente meglio.

Nel cuore di Noto

Vicino al centro e in prossimità del parcheggio comunale, i proprietari sono molto gentili ed accoglienti e le camere sono confortevoli. Assolutamente da provare il loro ristorante Naché, una scoperta!

Super comfortable beds, lovely décor, friendly hosts and a great location! Will recommend.

Super comfortable beds and pillows, lovely large bathroom and plenty of storage. The welcome was warm and genuine, and we really enjoyed interacting with the owners throughout our stay. We also had a delicious meal at the restaurant ' Nache ' which Zioli also runs - the same warm hospitality, good food and a really nice outside seating area. We enjoyed a drink on the rooftop and the jacussi one evening too - highly recommend!

The breakfasts were delicious and plentiful, but my husband would have preferred more savoury options as most of the offerings are sweet - cake, jam, yogurt, desserts. There was a plate of meat and cheese, but perhaps some simple, non-sugary breakfast cereal would be a good addition.

The property is in a wonderful position, close to everything that you need. The facilities were very nice and comfortable and very clean. The staff were all very nice, friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend Zioli

We were welcomed in a true Sicilian style

Our stay was excellent. Stefano and Francesco are excellent hosts and made us feel very at home (and also our kids). Little details made a real difference, like smelling the cake baking for breakfast , having a home made breakfast each morning, the decoration and talking to the hosts at breakfast and in the evenings. We had such a good time there that we stayed an extra day and the kids didn’t want to leave.

Loved every detail of our stay

The owner of the property met us outside when we had difficulty with parking and helped us find a free parking spot. The location is incredible, 10 steps away from the main street of Noto that has all the main attractions. As we walked in, we immediately knew that we would love our stay: Stefani was super friendly and the house smelled delicious of the cake Stefan was baking for the next morning. He upgraded us to a larger room because it was available and make lots of useful recommendations including a place for dinner. We had the best food at Cocciu d’Amuri Ristorante during our 10 day Sicily trip!

Breakfast beyond expectations: home made almond cake, orange pudding, home made butter biscuits, excellent coffee & cappuccino. Option: terrace for drinks with a lovely view. Francesco, the owner, is very kind and friendly, gave many tips on places to go and restaurants to try.

Lovely stay in Noto for flower festival

The breakfast was incredible- all homemade and delicious! The roof was also wonderful, you can get aperitivo up there and delicious snacks and listen to the sounds of Noto below

We loved our stay at Zioli - tastefully furnished to a high standard, a great location, run by fantastic hosts. We also dined in the host's recently opened restaurant, just a stone's throw from the B & B. It was a great choice - impressive food, lovely ambiance & first class service. And very reasonably priced! Thanks for everything!

Great stay at Zioli

Zioli is a great family run place. The owners are really welcoming and helpful, doing their best to make you feel at home. The rooftop terrasse has wonderful views. Homemade breakfast was plenty and tasty. Location is perfect, right at the main gate of the old town. We recommend!

Amazingly charming!

I came across this place by pure coincidence as I had to make an unplanned stop in between Ragusa and Siracusa. What a nice surprise! A nice, cozy environment, tastefully furnished, with nice, clean, charming rooms at a walking distance to central Noto with all the monuments and restaurants. The brothers running this place are fantastic, they made me feel at home. They provided plenty of information and idea on what to do and where to eat and they fixed a lovely breakfast pulling out different local delicacies while we were talking in the breakfast room. This property also offers a fantastic roof-top terrace overlooking the area all the way down to the sea. Here you can relax and enjoy life!

Absolutely lovely, warm, hospitable owners, and my favorite room of the trip. The property has been renovated with charm, with a lovely roof terrace -- and breakfast was exceptional (all homemade cakes and treats). Would stay here again without hesitation.
