Acho que o tipo de quarto que solicitei com cama de casa e auxiliar poderia ser mais espaçoso.

Nos trocaram de quarto 5X na primeira noite, no dia seguinte nao limparam o nosso quarto e nao nos informaram da diferença de horario na segunda-feira e perdemos o cafe da manha.

Conforto de ter um bar/ pizzaria dentro do hotel

Quartos muito pequenos e a cama de solteiro em um quarto familia é muito desconfortável. Extremamente pequena encaixada à um movel, gerando um desconforto muito grande.

Excelente serviço e acomodações

Gostei muito da localização, das instalações, terraço, academia e da pizzaria!

O único ponto é que eu gosto de dormir com 02 travesseiros...e o travesseiro reserva estava com um cheiro insuportável de mofo. Mas o mesmo foi trocado.

Servicio e atención de la recepcion en el Check in.

Mala ducha que alternaba sola en agua caliente y fria Cama Mala que si movimentaba mucho y sin sobre sabanas El aire acondicionado no enfriaba bien para dias muy muy calorosos Desayuno muy malo. Frutas, pan de quezo y pans malos. Mesas sucias.

I'll miss this place. I hope to return.

Next door to a mall with a nice food court, which is about 80% steak restaurants. If you enjoy steak, rice, beans, and potatoes, you're in luck. Vegetables seem kind of scarce. Excellent food prices if you're coming from the US.

Super slow bathroom sink drain, but we worked around that. No other negatives.

Never ever again

I think there were bed bugs as I woke up with bites all over my legs. The air con didn’t work, and the room was like a sauna. Very uncomfortable indeed. That all said, I did get a full refund and checked out the next morning and changed hotels

Location was poor, room were tiny, and hot, and in general very uncomfortable due to the air on not working very well. I would never stay here again.

Gym could be better, the hotel has a parking but still charges for parking and it's not cheap! no good sound isulation in the rooms, you can even hear people talking in the other rooms in your floor. In the last day my room card key is always blocked ahead of time...
