Sehr freundlicher Vermieter. Kam unseren Wünschen sofort nach.
Anreise schwierig da keine Straßenschilder und keine Hausnummern vorhanden. Zu wenig Kleiderschränke für 4 Personen.

Everything was perfect.

good location, in the middle of the old town but not in the crowded and noisy area. Comfortable apartment, nice atmosphere and beautiful view on the (hot) terrace. Everything we needed was there, lovely nice kitchen and good working air conditioning

The host and the location
The layout, the rooms, the facilities, the price. Not in line with the price we paid. Bad value for a high price.

The location is amazing. We are in the heart of town, within short walking distances to restaurants, bars, and scenic sights such as the windmills and the harbor from which to catch a ferry to Delos. And yet the apartment itself is in a quiet residential area without any noise or crowds. It is a charming and beautiful traditional duplex house situated at the end of a footpath lined with wild flowers and a stunning view of the ocean. The sunset view from the large balcony is breathtaking and worth the price in itself. The apartment feels very spacious and comfortable for my family of 4 adults. Coordinating ferry pick-up and drop-off with our host was also very easy and pleasant.
The bedroom upstairs is not sound proof. Conversations in the living room below are audible upstairs and might be a disturbance for light sleepers.

The view was great and the place was close to all key areas to visit.
The staircase was a little hard to manage, especially to get suitcases downstairs.

The second floor patio provided excellent space for our group and the view was magnificent!
I would emphasize that the spiral staircase connecting the first and second floors requires special agility!

Location, view, size and comfort of the beds, and kitchen facilities. Also two toilets- one on each floor and toiletries. Iannis was very helpful, explained everything and was really accommodating with our check in time. Also very quick with correspondence. It is a detached house which is not easily found on Mykonos! The hammock was awesome and the terrace just perfect to enjoy the famous sunsets away from the crowds if you prefer it.
Only minor thing - Hot water needed to be switched on manually and wait for 20 min but it wasn't a discomfort or disadvantage, just needed to remember it first thing in the morning.

I loved the views and the location was super central. The host was so attentive.

We missed our ferry connection from Crete to Mykonos, and arrived 3 hours later than planned. We immediately contacted our host, who was patient with us, met us when we finally arrived, and offered helpful suggestions about the island, travel, restaurants, etc.
Wish there were 2 sets of keys, since we were one couple and one single person staying together. We'd have been willing to pay a deposit to have this convenience.

Best experience we ever had staying here! The apartment was gorgeous with the best view and everything was so clean. Its right next to the center and you easily have access to everything. Nothing is more than a 10 min walk unless you’re going to the beach clubs but even them its only 20 min. The host was great! He even offered us a ride to the airport for a great price and he made sure we were okay throughtout our whole stay. We didn’t want to leave this apartment! Great host and great apartment!

Host was very accommodating and friendly. The beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. Good location, walking distance from town. The view was absolutely incredible. We really enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend.
Was a little difficult to find initially.

Perfect location, stunning view!
The place was not properly cleaned upon our arrival but when complaining it was fixed almost immediately.

The location of this house is perfect. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the port but close enough to walk. Beautiful views of the city and port from the balcony. The place is comfortable for the 4 of us and stocked with the basics you would need. Great wifi and clean place, we would definitely stay again! Our host picked us up from the airport as well as dropped us off upon request.
Hot water needed to be turned on and that waited for it to heat up.

The location of the apartment was AMAZING and we loved the balcony. It is the absolute best place in Mykonos to watch the sunset from. Also loved the shower - not a clingy wet shower curtain in sight and quality fittings in the bathroom and kitchen.
You get to the top floor by means of a very narrow spiral staircase. We loved eating on the terrace but it was tricky getting tableware and food up there. It was very windy during our stay so the doors tended to rattle through the night.

Close to town but quiet. Manager was very helpful. Delightful interior and lovely outside space with view.

Ioannis is the perfect Superhost. He greeted us personally when we arrived, is very responsive, accommodated all our requests, and arranged our port transfers for us. Highlight of his gorgeous home is definitely the upstairs balcony which overlooks Mykonos and the Aegean Sea. Absolutely stunning view. We enjoyed our daily breakfast in the balcony, and napping in the lovely hammock. A definite recommendation! :)

Amazing view! Charming apartment in the heart of Mykonos.
There is no direct access to the place. We had to leave our car in the nearest parking and we had to carry our suitcases through the steep and stony roads.

Such an amazing location. Right in the heart of the city and with an amazing view with beautiful sunsets. I highly recommend for a stay in Mykonos.
Directions for checking in were a little unclear and it was hard to initially find the location. Host was very helpful though.

The sunset view from the balcony is to die for.
The description says there are two bedrooms. That is not true. The apartment has one bedroom and one living room with a double bed.

The best part is the terrace. Location is great. The host was very friendly and helpful. In October it was easy to park our rented car for free close to the apartment.
The kitchen should be renewed and better equipped. We decided to eat all cooked meals in restaurants. We accepted this downside and enjoyed the vacations eating out :)

Absolutely gorgeous sunset view over the balcony! One of the best I’ve ever seen.
Very friendly and helpful host Yannis, he helped us with transfer from and to the port, sent a cleaner during the stay.
Everything works well, no issues.
Nothing, all was very good.
Maybe a tiny suggestion to have a rug in the room downstairs - it would feel a bit more comfy as the floor feels a bit chill at night :)

We are a family of 4 with two kids ages 12 and 5. We stayed one night in Mikonos before taking a ferry to Paros.
The host was waiting for us in the house and was very nice. The house has two levels with a double bed in each. The ground floor has a kitchen and toilet/shower.
The best part of the house is the balcony which has a beautiful view, pefect for watching the sunset.
The main streets with all the shops and restaurants in Mykonos town are a couple of minutes away. The apartment is still very quiet. The owner also gave us a ride to the port to catch our ferry for free, much appreciated!
The location can be a bit tricky if you have heavy/big suitcases and you may need to climb some stairs to get to and from it, as well as inside where there is a very narrow spiral staircase. But that is also the nature of Mikonos town. We managed but it may be an issue for some.

It’s actually few steps from the Old Port! Very nice location! The host allowed us to leave our luggages after check-out. Beautiful view from the top of the residence

Yannis was a very generous host. It's hard to find places in Greece with GPS alone especially in Mykonos. The location was great, we didn't have to walk deep through the hilly city with our luggage. We have prime location away enough from the centre but close enough to walk to all the action. Yannis picked us up and brought us to and from the seaport. He even helped me with carrying my luggage down the hill to the house from the road. This place also had a great view from the balcony, sunset was beautiful from there. When we would go down to the city, we always found our way back by looking up the mountain for the broken windmill next to our spot which was a good landmark for us to navigate going home. This house could have been perfect if not for the water problem.
Running water was not consistent. We would have to press a button (I think it's a thing in Greece) to prep the water heater but even then we wouldn't have enough water for a shower. Yannis told us, it's been a reoccurring thing, the city shuts the water off. I think he's gotta get it fixed because it happened throughout the day even doing dishes. We would have to leave them there and finish whenever we got back and there was water. Yannis did try to solve this solution by bringing us packs of water to give ourselves baths with. There was an electric tea kettle and we used it to warm up the water. It was a little inconvenient to start a shower and then have to wait for warm water from the tea kettle. I think we could have benefited from a big bucket to mix the tea kettle water and regular water for the right temperature. It doesn't seem like it's a city thing if it's not at the same time and it happens more than once throughout the day. This definitely gave us an appreciation of the luxury of having running water. We try to find the positivity of the situation. We bonded with our partners over this. It definitely took a team effort to take a bath with water bottles and a cup.
