Wonderful little flat with amazing view. Good size for my family and central location. Used our free passes for the furnicular and saw the spectacular views. Owners gave clear instructions and flat was clean.
Would have appreciated a bigger bed and either some teabags or coffee on arrival as we got in late and didn’t bring those with us.

Perfect location

Everything. This was our second stay here this year. The location is great - about 5 mins walk from the centre of Aberystwyth, there are views of the sea, you can park right outside the door and, most importantly, the flat is warm and comfortable.
Nothing. It was excellent.

position, historical property, quirky, views etc
a couple of the windows were not up to keeping out the terribly strong winds we had.

Location fantastic beautiful sea views historic building very comfortable
Little disappointed no effort made to make it look festive as we were staying over the Christmas period windows could do with a clean to enhance those sea views

The gift of chocolates and milk in fridge!
The accommodation was lovely and everything we needed!
The Welsh weather played ball (blue sky and calm sea, not tempted to paddle this time a bit chilly!)
The shower head slipped down!

The location was amazing and it was such a quirky place to stay. I thought it was really good value for money. We loved the sea views and watching the cliff lift go up and down. The rooms were really clean and we liked the automatic bathroom light! We had Wi-Fi and a DVD player with the tv - the teens were happy. It was an easy walk into town and easy to drive out of Aber to other attractions.
The windows could do with a clean to see the sea better - we thought there was a sea fret one morning but it was just the dirt in the windows! The crockery and cutlery were limited. There was enough for a meal at a time but no more - we used them a lot as we save money by eating in the property. There were no dishwasher tablets - who wants to do the washing up on holiday!! But this is being picky. 😃

The location was amazing and great views. The apartment was modern, clean, and comfortable.
This didn’t affect our experience as we loved it but might affect others ; some of the kitchen equipment could be replaced, updated. For example there were 3 mugs for a potentially 4 person flat, and there were no wine glasses (there were champagne flutes).

We really liked the the facilities, the location & closeness to the seafront. Would recommend to anyone!
It would get chilly at times as the wind would seep through windows.

This apartment is in the perfect location, right by the sea and also at the foot of Constitution Hill from where you get amazing views of Aber and Cardigan fBay. It's in easy walking distance of the prom, the castle and all the attractions the town has to offer.
Only one tiny thing,- we were delighted to find fresh milk in the fridge for a cuppa on our arrival, but there were only 2 teabags for the 4 of us( although there were some coffee sachets too). More teabags please!

perfect location, amazing view
draft in the kitchen on a very windy day

The apartment was lovely. It was clean and well equipped. At first it seemed quite small but it was enough for 4 adults. We didn't have any problems, the heating was working fine. There was a washing machine to clean the dishes and washing up liquid provided. We have enjoyed our stay!
We haven't received any guidance as to how to check-in and get the keys. The workers repairing the railway showed us a little box with a key in and told us the access code.

The location and corresponding views are superb. The interior décor and facilities are way above average and. despite the strong cold winds from Aberystwyth North Beach, the apartment is warm and cosy.
No negatives.
