Erholsamer Familienurlaub mit schöner Aussicht und ruhiger Lage

Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Absolut ruhige Lage und tolle Aussicht. Gute Ausgangslage für zahlreiche Ausflüge in die Umgebung (wenn es nicht regnet!). Grosszügige Wohnung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

In der Küche fehlt es nötigen Utensilien wie Putzlappen, Schwämme, Abtrocktücher etc.

Absolut empfehlenswert für erholsamen Familienurlaub!

Sehr ruhig gelegen. Man kann sich wirklich vom Touristen-Trubel erholen und gut schlafen. Tolle Aussicht ins Grüne. Problemloses Parkieren vor dem Haus auf der Strasse. Geräumige Wohnung. Gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge. Familienfreundlich. Eigentümer wohnen im selben Haus. Wenn es etwas gibt, kann man jederzeit klingeln.

In der Küche fehlt es z T. an nötigen Utensilien wie Schöpflöffel, Salatschüssel, Abtrocktuch, Putztücher etc.

Lovely apartment

Really lovely apartment,,spacious and very clean beautiful view,,,quite a long narrow road to get to it ,but the position is well worth it 10 minutes drive to rapallo

Air conditioning wasn't adequate very old,,,owner was shouting at us in Italian from the street to turn it off ,, it serves the rest of the house so he knows when it is on I assume,,,

In the summer time could benefit with having fans in the rooms. AC is in the living room, however no big deal.

The property was in an amazing location, so close to everything only 20 minutes to the beach and 25 minutes to portofino… We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay the night. Was super clean and with full equipment.The owners were super friendly and replied to my messages super fast and were so helpful. 100% recommended ♥️

Lovely apartment, good value for money.

We stayed for a week and really enjoyed this apartment. The location is great, up in the hills away from the city but not too far. A nice, quiet and safe neighbourhood. The view from the balcony is wonderful (including sunrise)! The private parking space came in handy and there was always (free) space nearby for a second car. The owners are very friendly and quick to respond to your calls or messages, so communication was absolutely perfect.

The kitchen could use a few more knives as well as drinking glasses (especially for wine, we even broke one - sorry!). The second bedroom used to be a children's room so it's quite small but the beds are OK, we slept well. The towels were small but not a problem. You'll need to take the car to go for groceries, or it's a long walk if you don't mind.

Nice place, great view from the balcony, great hosts. For swimming, I would recommend driving to Baia di Paraggi beach. There is a very nice public beach there (a couple of hundreds meters from the central private beach). Parking is quite expensive there (20 euro for 5 hours), but the beach is great.
