Sehr gute Erholung bei bestem Wetter.

Sehr gute Lage mit ausgezeichneter Sicht vom Balkon. Alle Termine (Swimmungpool - und Gartenpflege) wurden durch den Gastgeber angekündigt. Außerdem wurden wir mit Eiern, Wein und Gurken versorgt.

Die Swimmingpoolpumpe ist es etwas laut.

Fully equipped house in a quiet location

Clean house and it has all the equipment you need to cook and accommodate your needs. We liked the quiet location with an amazing view, great for relaxation.

Small ants on kitchen counter which had to be cleaned constantly.

Exceptional

Absolutely stunning villa, the location was perfect, the views of the sunset breathtaking. Argaka is a real Cypriot treasure, totally unspoilt. The villa had everything we needed for a comfortable 2 week stay, communication with the owners was great, we will definitely be back.

One of the best, highly recommended

Top in terms of privacy.. Pool was one of the cleanest ever. It's equipped with everything including towels for the pool.. The owners are very friendly.

I didn't like that I have to pay extra to use the AC and one of the ACs was dripping inside the room.

Very private villa, surrounded by orange trees 😍 amazing sunsets! nice territory with birds singing)we had everything we needed inside and out of the house

Sanitary equipment on the second floor needs renovation, but it wasn’t a big problem

Outside and gardens are beautiful inside is old and dated but clean

Area was beautiful and views from the property stunning

The limescale throughout was terrible. The upstairs toilet takes 20 mins to refill.

It is beautiful location and view. Nice garden and pool.

.The villa was not so clean as it should be. Old bottles with alcohol and sunbeds was dirty. This villa does not suitable for 7 people. Not comfortable bathroom and toilets doesn't work well. The doors in the rooms do not lock and slam at night. A swimming pool cleaner works so laudly that nobody can not sleep overnight.

the owner was lovely. The villa is in a fantastic location.we loved it there.

the main points were the view,the pool and outdoor area was outstanding. we loved the village nearby with good restaurants.

little bit of paradise with a gorgeous outdoor space.

A lovely location, very private garden not overlooked at all, lovely views of the sea & Akamas peninsula. plenty of shade when needed & the pool is a good size. owner & her daughter were very helpful, only saw them twice but on hand if needed.

Disappointing

loved the area and the pool

The ant problem in all areas including bedrooms and bathroom we went out and bought sprays for the problem. the problems with the air con went on a few days

Superb

Our reservation to Savvas villa was in short notice. However the owner was extremely polite, making sure that the villa was cleaned,also providing some basic breakfast items. The outside area and the pool was clean. The house is surrounded with trees and plants which gives you privacy!!! Very nice place to be!!!

Beautiful view from the balcony. Clean pool. Service minded hosts. Very calm.

More kitchen utilities had been nice (eg. one more chopping board). The view is rather limited from the garden.

Peaceful villa in a great location

Really great villa. We loved the pool and BBQ area and the views from the balcony towards the sea are stunning. The villa is not directly overlooked and in a very quiet location.

Some aspects of the kitchen and bathroom look a little dated but this shouldn't detract from the quality of your stay.
