Perfect service, very nice pool

room was quiet, clean and lovely outlook. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Pool was lovely.
The grounds were great, very nice yoga classes and relaxing environment. Cocktails made by bar staff were like an artwork every time, very impressive. Great surf beach just 10 mins walk down the road and then a pathway leading to a lovely coastal walk with beaches for swimming.
Bar food was ok but general menu a bit limited, also menu hours a bit restricted. We didn't eat in the main restaurant so cannot comment.

Beautiful grounds, excellent staff, great drinks and food. it was wonderful.

We stayed in a standard bungalow. Very comfortable extra large bed. Efficient air conditioning and good bathroom facility. Our small terrace was secluded and not overlooked. (Other bungalows were more in public view). Room is quite small but adequate.
The pool is rather small for the number of people wanting to use it - particularly the mid afternoon ‘rush’. Similarly a shortage of sun-loungers and in particular ones offering any shade. During our 6 night stay we only once managed to secure a lounger during an afternoon visit to the pool.
We were lucky with the location of our bungalow. The terraces of many bungalows are very public. Also some located nearer to the road would have been bothered by road traffic.
A bottle of water together with coffee and tea bags were offered in the room on arrival. These seemed to be a one off and were never replenished. The restaurant gave us restaurant more coffee bags but this was obviously not common policy.

Beautifully landscaped and maintained. Easy to negotiate. Good restaurant
Good amount of steps to access room. Bilevel suites can be inconvenient for seniors. Not on the beach

very good location, nice staff
the « fitness room » & spa is a joke

Very comfortable and clean rooms.
The hotel is well maintained; the grounds are beautiful and the facilities are good.
Breakfast is great, with many sweet and savoury options.
The music in the pool and restaurant area was constant and imposing, even during breakfast.
The dinner choices are limited and expensive. It would be nice to have a more casual option to the current dinner set-up.
Location is good, as it's close to St. Francois and St. Anne but it is still quite remote.

Le bar à cocktail excellent, la piscine magnifique

The room was pretty clean. Breakfast had a lot of variety. I particularly enjoyed the company of the birds.
When they are very busy, the restaurant staff is a bit sloppy with cleaning the tables.

The hotel is a really relaxing place to stay. On arrival we were met with a wonderful iced tea and cool refreshing towels. The tipsy bar by the pool does the best Planture’s Punch we had during our stay on Guadeloupe and the dinner in the restaurant was exceptional - a real fine dining, gourmet experience. The reception staff were very helpful and hand remembered that my wife has a hearing impairment and so spoke clearly while we were shown to the room and the resort was explained to us. This was the first time anyone had taken note of the message we place in the booking!
It’s a little more remote (about half way between Saint Anne and Saint Francis) than suggested on the listing. Airport transfer had been easily arranged and as we were staying only one night it wasn’t a problem - but guest staying for longer should make a note.

Breakfast included.
The pool closes too early.
Could have more fitness equipment.
Could change up the breakfast menu, instead of just bacon, sausage, and watery eggs every morning.

- One of the best hotels ever been
- A lot of very professional staff everywhere and well educated
- Dinner with several courses just amazing, the French chef knows to use the elements of the beautiful island for the dishes
- beaches/hiking rout nearby are difficult to find but soooo beautiful, only paradise
- Cocktails at the bar!
- Resteraunt location is just brilliant, one feels like in heaven (we loved the tropical birds)

The room was ultra clean and comfortable! The breakfast is served every Morning info a buffet where you can find everything you want to begin your day well.
The restaurant is a gastronomic restaurant so a bit expensive but very very good.
Have more choice for the breakfast, maybe change the buffet once every X days. Otherwise, everything was perfect until the end.

very nice hotel area, good breakfast, very good bed and a nice balcony, lots of parking spaces. The hotel welcome was also very nice with a drink and all. Also the selection of drinks and cocktails in the bar is great. Staff was friendly and very professional. What is also great is that they will send your mail/postcards for you including the stamps so you dont have to bother.
The bathroom could use more storage space and there was mold in the shower. We asked for somebody to clean and desinfect which they did… a bit.

The pool was incredible and the cocktails amazing. Loved the staff, so friendly!
Not enough vegetarian options for lunch/dinner

nice pool nice food but quite expensive. helpful staff.
not easy to get anywhere else unless you have a car and nearest place is not that great for restaurants so we had to eat on site every night

Facility was amazing and very cozy, far from the chaos you may get in Le Gosier. Staff was outstanding and cleanliness too. Managed to book some tours/activities in the hotel as well, making our life easier. Awesome spot, to really disconnect from the rest of the world (no Club Med type of vibes!) as well as awesome food, highly recommended
Nothing, all good. Maybe the only inconvenience was the buffet dinners, as the food is clearly different and no a la carte menu is available during those nights (still food and service were very good).

the sofa bed in the family suite could be more comfortable.

- location
- pool with plenty of seats
- clean
- breakfast options are huge
- the staff at breakfast and the staff from the Tipsy Bar. The cleaning lady.
- aircon and fridge are quiet
- room looks out to a fence, road right behind
- decorative cushions on the bed were full of sand
- no plugs to charge your phone next to the bed unless you unplug the bedside lights
- spa instructions were to book 24h ahead but despite the fact the hotel was not full, the spa was booked 3 days out… I asked if they suggested options outside the hotel and the
staff suggested Pierre et Vacances but after
reading the reviews of that place… I really
didn’t want to go
- the restaurant is very pricey for what it is. it is good but overpriced

It’s nice to have a private bungalow. They are cute rooms. The staff are incredibly friendly, thoughtful and helpful. They serve a nice breakfast.
The toilet in a separate room from the shower and sink is not comfortable. The restaurant is too expensive and not very exciting if you’re interested in local cuisine. With current curfew, it’s too bad it’s the only option.
